We’ve stayed at many wonderful places around the world. The Rosewood San Miguel rates as one of our favorites. Beautiful property, gorgeous room and excellent amenities. But the service here and the staff is truly outstanding. Without a doubt we will return. No question.

Great Way to Begin the New Year!
Great location, beautiful property, outstanding staff. This includes the amazing Concierge team, housekeeping, and the folks who provide the tour services. In addition, there are multiple dining options on the property, all of which are excellent. And if you discover you forgot something, there is a lovely boutique and gift shop on premises.

Beautiful historic building that failed to deliver acceptable service
The building and gardens are excellent. The room is a very nice size. But there were so many small things wrong that I would never return. Some of the problems: room safe broken; TV broken which took two days to repair; internet not working properly; concierge failed to reserve a restaurant as requested so we had to walk over and reserve it ourselves; the check in staff were super arrogant; the food ordered by the pool was so salty we couldn’t eat it…. We had heard nice things about this hotel but it is a very long way from 5 stars

Great for young families!
A truly magnificent property. The three bedroom villa made for an amazing home-away-from-home. We got excellent service from our concierge (Esteban) and enjoyed an amazing cooking-class experience with Chef Juan (great for kids too)! And our children loved the kids’ camp. Already thinking about when we can come back!

Excellent
Brilliant hotel with good amenities and restaurants. There were also good veggie options - although the rooftop accidentally served us a few meat dishes - better labelling here would help! The service was great. The suite we had was beautiful. Really loved our time here. Recommend ATV tour and the puppet painting workshop. Would love to return soon.
