From the instant at check-in to checkout our experience was superb! The staff they have working at Las Palomas make your stay special. Never have I had the pleasure of dealing with such friendly staff from Sam and Eddy at the front desk, to the ladies who work at breakfast (sorry didn’t get their names). Our casita was adorably Santa Fe with all the comforts. The snacks provided are also delicious and crave worthy. I highly recommend.

The whole place is dirty and run down. The rooms are a distance from the parking , which is gravel. They have an insect problem since we saw numerous traps in the room. We left and the owner refused to refund our money. They force you to pay in advance then refuse to refund when you see what the place is like. Do not book!!!!

We stumbled upon Las Palomas a few years ago, and look forward to our return each year on our annual Christmas trip to Santa Fe. Just minutes from the old Plaza, the location can’t be beat. We immediately felt at home here, and our appreciation of the comfortable and friendly atmosphere has only grown since then. On our last trip, when my daughter raved about the marshmallows served at the front desk, we were surprised and delighted when the owner Neil Rosenshein, who had overheard, invited her to help him make the next batch in a special one-on-one session in the inn’s kitchen. It was an experience she will never forget! Learning about his past as a world-renowned tenor and hearing some of his stories was an added treat. We plan on spending many more Christmases at this Santa Fe gem!

This felt like a bait and switch experience. None of the pictures matched our room, which was dismal and run down. The kitchen area was marginal with a 2 burner hot plate, a refrigerator that was barely cooling and a table that required a 1/2 inch slab to stabilize it. When I pulled the coffee pot out from its corner, there were 4 ant traps. They are pet "friendly" but there was no place except the street to walk the dog. Parking was tight and the main rooms are located across the street and up the block from the registration area and dining room. Not good for seniors to walk due to ice. We stayed but won't again.

They said they’d call me when the room was ready, but didn’t. This was just the beginning of the poor customer service and disappointing stay at this place. The rooms were tiny and dark, and needed additional housekeeping attention. There was only one fixed tv for two rooms. Bathroom, kitchenette and furnishing needed a serious upgrade. I had booked a two night stay, but left after one for another hotel, and the front desk would not refund the second night! Suggest you ask to see your room before you unload your car. And please don’t believe the website photos or you’ll be greatly disappointed!
