Regent Santa Monica Beach

My stay at the Regent Santa Monica was truly exceptional. Despite only being there for one night, I felt like royalty from the moment I arrived. The staff went above and beyond to provide a warm, friendly service, making me feel both valued and welcomed. The luxurious room and prime location were remarkable, but what truly stood out was the tranquility and joy I experienced throughout my stay. I eagerly look forward to returning to this beautiful and wonderful hotel

The room decor and amenities hit every wish you could have. The snacks and drinks are complementary. The towels are plush. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The lighting is designed brilliantly. The decor is calming. The AV system is solid. The amount of space allows you to spread out. The bathroom is luxurious. I can't say enough good things about the room. I haven't even gotten to praising the staff (many of whom seemed to quickly learn my name), lobby, restaurant, thoroughly appointed gym and exceptional view of the beach. I honestly felt sad when it was time to check out. I ended up in the hotel due to the Palisades fire in January 2025. I live local to the hotel but was under a mandatory evacuation order. It was the 4th hotel I stayed at while evacuated. I decided to treat myself for a few nights after staying at 3 different lower end hotels. The hotel went above and beyond to welcome and accommodate lots of families in uncertain and difficult situations in that time. As of this writing, they are still supporting displaced families with kindness and exceptional hospitality.

We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel last week. Let me be the first to say that everything, from the valet who greeted us to Naomi checking us out, was met with pleasure and supreme execution. The rooms are very lavish but incredibly simple to operate. The location is, well, the beach. You are a staircase away from the sand and the pier. The staff is exemplary. Every request was taken care of at the highest level. Valet, bell desk, the fitness center. The amenities are so exemplary that I ordered a large quantity of shower gel to take home. A special shout-out to Brenda and Michael at Orla. They were magnificent hosts. Naomi and Lex at the front desk made the magic happen for our stay. We shall be back shortly, and can't wait to discover all the wonderful options the Regent offers.

From the minute you arrive the friendly staff are all over it, check in was painless, bags arrive at your room and are placed in holders or in the cupboard. The bell boy shows you the features of the room and where everything is and I’d suggest you listen as these rooms are packed with everything you can imagine. The rooms are bright, generous in size with a beautiful lounge and views from our room over the beach to the West This is a recently renovated ( opened October 24) hotel with gear to amenities and great staff,

Honestly I’m almost without words. The hotel is absolutely stunning from the moment you pull into the driveway. I used the Regents airport car service and my driver John was just fantastic. Was met at the entrance by a group of attendants who were so polite and gave me an excellent welcome. At check in I was met by Clare who had a welcome drink ready for my arrival. I was personally guided to my suite which when the door was opened for me I was so impressed. Absolutely huge and finished to the highest standards I’ve seen in a very long time, if ever. My stay has been so fantastic and the service absolutely over the top, I have to give a special thx to CLARE RDUOY who offered the best customer service I’ve ever had.
