Sandbourne Santa Monica, Autograph Collection

This was my first time back to this hotel since the renovation and I was so impressed! Every staff member I encountered was so hospitable and helpful. Reo at the Front Desk was so kind and made sure our stay was memorable. Yuri was also fabulous! Jordan in Room Service was great. As was Eduardo in the Restaurant--the epitome of first class service. Leo the Bellman made sure to retrieve our bags swiftly and was so polite and nice. We will definitely be returning.

The staff is amazing, the space, bar and location is great but the food and rooms make the stay very uncomfortable. The rooms - there is no place to put clothing for longer stays, counter space in bathrooms is limited but above all the doors to the connecting rooms are not at all sounds proof. There are gaps at the bottom and the actually doors are paper thin. You can hear normal conversations, blow dryers and cell phone alerts. We ended uyp moving at 3 AM to another room one night due to the person next to us gaming and on speaker phone. Not their fault - totally a design flaw. The food at the restaurant needs major improvement from breakfast to dessert. Again - public spaces are great. But it is sort of like smoke and mirrors - once you get beyond front lobby and the bar all with great spaces and people and get to rooms and restaurant- ugh

My recent stay at Sandbourne Hotel was fantastic! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The rooms and common areas are beautifully decorated, blending elegance with a relaxed, coastal vibe. A highlight was the Community Market they hosted last weekend. It was a fun, lively event with local vendors, delicious food, and live music, adding a unique, local touch to my stay. If you’re looking for a stylish, welcoming hotel with great events, Sandbourne is the perfect spot. I can’t wait to return!

Andrew and Marcus at valet were the best!! So kind, highly recommend. They were so helpful and fast, understanding. Beautiful hotel, brand new Gorgeous view Clean One of the nicest autograph collections I’ve seen Right next to the ocean. !!!

We were evacuated from our home due to the Pacific Palisades fire, and stayed at the Sandbourne for ten days. The hotel is beautifully appointed with many comfotable seating areas throughout the hotel and on the beautiful outdoor patios. The staff could not be nicer. A special thank you to Alex, Lavit, Christel and Stuart, who did all they could every day to make our stay as enjoyable as possible considering the circumstances. They even provided treats and dog food to our little dog. The hotel is located close to the beach and walking distance to many wonderful restaurants. If your visiting Santa Monica, try it -- you won't be disappointed.
