Santa Monica Proper Hotel

My stay at Santa Monica Proper was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Impeccable service, a welcoming atmosphere, and stunning design—comfortable, stylish, and truly amazing. The food at Palma restaurant was delicious, the gym was well-equipped, and the rooftop bar and pool was absolutely on point.

My stay was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The Santa Monica Proper Hotel's entire team was remarkable, the service was amazing, F&B was delicious + well-run operationally, the room was stunning — I loved all the modern amenities, fruit bowl and even got a hand-written note! Everything was top-notch and a true 15/10. I'm sad I didn’t have enough time to visit the spa, but ill be back next time to enjoy it. I thank Santa Monica Proper Hotel team for a truly exceptional experience! Thank you very much x100! 🙂

The staff at The Santa Monica Proper made us feel comfortable and cared for as they sheltered our family, along with many of our neighbors, and local residents evacuated from the devastating Palisades fire. It made a challenging time more bearable.

The Santa Monica Proper Hotel was a dream! Absolutely beautiful decor, super up-to-date and has everything you need on site. I came for a work trip and was able to seamlessly manage my stay, I could exercise on site, host my clients and have really nice downtime as well. The neighborhood is great, very quiet, but also close and accessible to shopping, the beach, and the airport. For an morning flight, I was able to reach the airport in 18 minutes! The service is wonderful, and I loved all the little nooks within the property that allowed you to settle in and work or relax. The food at both restaurants was also really good, and they had fantastic, cocktails, and cocktails. Really great value for the price as well. Highly recommend this property!

It is a place that my family found refuge after the most harrowing experience of our lives. Felipe, head of guest services, went above and beyond to make our family feel settled and cared for in this extraordinary time. He went above and beyond in every capacity to bring ease and comfort to our experience. I cannot praise him and his team enough along with the fabulous staff at the Palma who worked with our family for 4 days. Taking care of us and making us feel so welcome. I am forever now a client of the Proper.
