For over 10 years, the Hyatt Regency Santa Rosa has been my go-to location for my business trips, along with many of my extended weekends while visiting with my wife. Convenient to the 101 and in walking distance to downtown Santa Rosa, as well as many restaurants and cocktail options.

We had a very lovely stay. The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Amenities are well placed and good quality (gym, coffee, and bar). Nice breakfast options at the restaurant. We would absolutely come to stay again. Thanks to Keira Diaz at the front desk for getting us well and truly set up for success.

The facial tissue box were empty with only 2 tissues at top to pretend it's full of tissues. The aircon was loud, and the shower/toilet had a lot of water noise from time to time. One of the lamp had a broken bulb, making the room really dark. The parking instructions were not given and we got stuck coming in as we didn't know it's gated, and going out as we returned the key already.

We used our annual WOH free night. Pros Chat on Hyatt app with staff was the best! All staff were friendly Large tv with chrome cast Nice toiletries (full size locked in) Comfortable bed Microwave & hydration station in ice room Various dining walking distance (happy hour at Jackson’s was great) Valet or self park available Car charging available but we didn’t use Easy check in on app Mini fridge & safe in room Keurig in room is adequate - free coffee in lobby Buffet breakfast is reasonable at $15 considering not lot of close breakfast options on a sat morning Great location near 101 Great hotel promotions - go to Hyatt website before bookkng Cons Gap under the door allows a lot of noise to be heard Parking is $20 for self park, $35 valet Older than other regencies, but rooms are remodeled nicely Would recommend!

Friendly front desk who provided great dinner and winery options. Cute historic area with nice running trail. Our group had meetings plus events outdoors. Beautiful events lawns. On our afternoon our of meeting we did Charles Schultz Museum. What a treasure!
