Wonderful place to stay. Hotel is immaculate with staff attending to our every need. Outdoor areas are very large with generous staff to cater for all. Food was great with several options to choose from. Shopping centre was walking distance from hotel. Very safe and friendly area to be in.

This is a beautiful hotel with splendid views of Santiago. The location in Los Condes is great. We especially liked the Matsuri restaurant in the hotel and ate there twice. The very best ceviche we've ever had! And our server Xavier was terrific - making suggestions for what to order which turned out to be very delicious and special. The hotel has a beautiful pool area, but one problem. The pool was not heated and it was quite cold even though the temperature outside was in the high 80's. The hotel arrange a private tour for us with Luis. He was a wonderful guide and we very much enjoyed seeing the many sections of Santiago.

Lovely hotel. Large, attractive room. Staff were always attentive and went out of their way to help. We were in the hotel for the big blackout, and everything worked extremely well. One staff member walked us down three floors when the power went out. Beautiful pool area. Only minor complaint was that pool-area wait staff were slow. Twice I had to check on the status of a drink after 15 minutes or so. Overall, very pleased with the stay.

Efficient global brand hotel known for its excellent service. While slightly out of the way in the business area, the spacious Mandarin more than makes up for it with onsite amenities and top-notch service. Excellent hotel for acclimating to Santiago after a long flight. Great base before heading off to Patagonia, Maipo, Atacama or Colchagua.

Spacious airy hotel located in Santiago's business district. Top notch service as you'd expect from a Mandarin hotel. Friendly, multi-lingual proficient staff. It's location is in an area with other known brand hotels. Welcoming spacious pool which was nice given that it was 90+ F during our time there earlier this month. Large room/suite. Good hotel for acclimation during first day/two in Santiago before you head off to enjoy one of the country's great areas - Patagonia, Maipo, Colchagua, Atacama, or Patagonia.
