Great Final Stop
Our last stop on our South American journey and the NH did not disappoint. Large, comfortable room, great bathroom/shower and a killer view of 'Sanhatten'. Hotel is right next to the Costenera tower and metro stop if you need it. Many options for shopping, dining are right there. There's also an Hop On/Off tour bus stop directly across the street. There restaurant and bar were nice and the service was very good. Great access to many of the sights and if you plan to go out of town it's a good base. We hope to come back one day.

Great hotel with great staff
Excellent stay! The breakfast was delicious, the staff was incredibly friendly and polite, and the bed was very cozy. The location is fantastic. The only downside was the lack of a towel warmer, which would be useful during colder months like August. Other than that, I have no complaints. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay
The hotel was very clean and at a convenient location. Cleaning staff didn't refresh the room until very late. All the staff very cordial.

Loved our stay here!
Wonderful facility, great location, friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and comfy beds! Just loved our stay here! As a comparison - we stayed at the InterContinential a few weeks ago in Santiago and did not like it as much. This is a great stay!

Don’t expect much.
We where there for 2 days. Location is good for shopping, and it has free parking. But the hotel is old, not very clean, staff not the most friendly. It takes a long time to check in, they sent the “virtual check in” beforehand but the staff disregarded it. And we didn’t get large towels till the next day and had to make do with hand towels for showering.
