We where there for 2 days. Location is good for shopping, and it has free parking. But the hotel is old, not very clean, staff not the most friendly. It takes a long time to check in, they sent the “virtual check in” beforehand but the staff disregarded it. And we didn’t get large towels till the next day and had to make do with hand towels for showering.

Complained about the availability of hot water in the shower, we were on the sixth floor and ran the water for 30 minutes and water just got warm at best also the drain was very slow, and while showering, I was standing is 3 inches of water. When we returned to this hotel 5 days later, we stayed on the third floor and had hot water in 10 minutes of turning it on.

Nice room. We stayed 3 nights. Small gym. They left one bottle of water and one cup in the room every day although we were 2 people. I forgot something valuable at the hotel after I checked out and although I was not expecting it to be found, the worst thing is that they don’t answer the phones, incredible difficult to call the reception or the operator. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Upon first glance, the hotel presents a modern and fresh exterior that promises a contemporary stay. However, the allure quickly fades once inside, as the affordable nature of the furnishings becomes apparent. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired, with the shower area particularly showcasing a lack of attention to detail. The breakfast service was notably subpar, with a consistent shortage of essentials such as plates and cutlery. The presence of two coffee machines did little to alleviate the morning rush, as only one was operational, leading to an endless queue. Additionally, the WiFi strength was disappointingly weak, hindering any attempts to work efficiently. These observations were consistent on the 19th and 20th of April, 2024. Whether these issues were an anomaly or a regular occurrence is unclear. However, it's worth noting that on the 21st, the conditions appeared to have improved.

This is a story of 2 parts over 2 stays 11 days apart. The first stay was pretty good, we had a room on the 17th floor where the views were amazing The room was large and clean. The shower is a plastic insert and very slippery when wet. The shower head was large but a lot of the holes were blocked, but effective enough. The wi-fi was good, the breakfast was OK. We had lunch there as part of a group and it was very poor. The steak was like rubber. The bed was very firm and very high off the ground. So overall this stay was pretty good. However stay No2 came along. This time the room was on the 3rd floor so views of air conditioning units were in your face, but not a problem. This time there were 2 significant issues. The floor was very dirty, feet ended up black after a shower. The second issue is that the room was located in the foyer next to the elevators. All night there was loud music which penetrated our room making sleeping difficult. We rang the night manager but he could do nothing about it as he did not know where the on/off switch was. Make sure you do not book any room around the elevator foyers.
