The hotel’s design embraces the artistic heritage of the neighborhood, while adding a cutting-edge modernity: it is an innovative homage to the city’s history and culture. The interior of the hotel recalls the days of yore: a tribute to the palaces of past centuries that sets the tone for the entire environment. Each doorway is a portal not just into another room, but to another place: a Singular setting with an ambiance all its own.

Lovely boutique hotel in fantastic location with super friendly staff. Travelling alone the location was perfect for me with a wide selection of restaurants right on the doorstep. From arrival the staff went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and I was consistently greeted by name and my preferences remembered. Breakfast is great - an ‘a la carte’ buffet concept where your choices are delivers to your table. I dined in the rooftop restaurant one evening which was excellent. The rooftop area is a lovely sun trap to relax in and there is a small (cold!) pool. I also visited the spa and had a very good (and very reasonably priced) massage. All in all highly recommended.

This is a genuine world class hotel. In fact their website underrepresents it. From the moment you walk in to its dignified lobby decorated with antiques and muted tones, you feel your in a quality hotel. Reception is seated and efficient. But it’s the rooms that really impress. Ours was a deluxe king. It too was furnished with antiques and had an extremely relaxing feel. It is a generous size with a comfortable seating area and a small balcony overlooking the tree-lined street. The bathroom is as luxurious as you would expect with a separate large walk in shower and a bathtub. There was adequate lighting and recessed lighting which serves as night light. There were plenty of outlets for charging devices, bathrobes, slippers and coffee/tea making facilities. Their gym is extremely well outfitted. Breakfast is served à la carte by well-trained professional staff. The neighbourhood in which the hotel is located is extremely vibrant with no shortage of excellent restaurants. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

Such a wonderful place to stay in every way. Highly recommend! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very boutique and tastefully decorated. The rooftop bar and restaurant were awesome. I would love to stay there again. Thank you.

Perfect location and beautiful classic hotel which takes you back in time a bit. elegantly dressed and perfectly attentive staff ensures your every need is addressed. Very comfortable room with a large closet, safe and nice shower and mattress. We stayed in 202 and had a balcony overlooking the busy street below. Breakfast was included and very good although I was craving waffles for some reason and only main options were eggs but the omelette were great and service excellent. Shout out to Martín who was so helpful in arranging our stay and a tour while there and to David who showed us our room and can managed 6 bags all at once. Would definitely return!

I had a king size bed with a balcony and view towards the Merced Street level and the beautiful Andes. The glass doors did a beautiful job of blocking out some of the street noise. The room had lovely accent furniture. And a very comfortable sofa. It had the biggest and fluffiest bath towels. Bathroom was very elegant, with 2 bathrobes and slippers. Not enough hanging hooks . Great rain shower with strong pressure. Coffee machine with 2 coffee pods, plenty of sugar but no milk. No tea bags. Bar fridge had 2 complimentary cans of coke and water (still and sparkling) replenished daily. There was a lack of power points. The only available one was located at a very awkward position behind a heavy bedside table. The hotel had thoughtfully provided a power point adaptor. There was a beautiful looking pool but only for looking beautiful and lazing around it. It was too tiny to swim. The use of the dry sauna required a booking. Turned up at 6:23 for a 6:30 pm and was reminded that the booking was from 6:30 despite being the only person in the sauna. Reception staff was lovely. Welcomed with a cold drink and a piece of lovely chocolate. Breakfast was ala carte style, no buffet service which was quite awkward. You had to order everything, from butter/jams, how many servings of salmon/bacon, juices, bread types. Felt like a glutton when my breakfast order had so many items. Plan for a leisurely breakfast as service is very slow paced. Jose Victorino Lastarri is literally around the corner and has many dining choices. In the daytime, it is a street with touristy craft stalls, and in the evening, enterprising locals selling clothes on the pavement. We encountered a few cannabis stalls. The Santa Lucia hilltop is only a few minutes’ walk. The Plaza De Armas is about 15-20 mins walk and there were several museums along the way. The Emporio La Rosa, famous for its ice creams, is across from the hotel.
