I don't recommend going to Andaz on your last day in Bali.

I experienced a total of 6 hotels and resorts in Bali. Excluding the one that was not a 5-star hotel, Andaz's front desk service was the worst. There was a part of the service information that my travel agency had conveyed to the hotel that was missing, and when I checked in, I asked the lobby to confirm it, but it was not conveyed without confirmation, so I wasted more than an hour to confirm with the travel agency. Afterwards, the lobby contacted me and said that Hyatt had not conveyed it to Andaz, and promised to provide it, but this was not conveyed at the promised time either, so I inquired. The lobby did not even apologize for my complaint through WhatsApp, and only gave me an insincere response and made me wait in the room. I asked for the name and affiliation of the person I had responded to, but I never received it, and it was only several hours later that I received an apology from the manager. Because of this, my last night in Bali was ruined. I never requested additional services using Andaz's mistake and rudeness as an excuse for the inconvenience. I will consider it my fault for booking Andaz Bali despite seeing many reviews saying that it does not provide the service and kindness expected from a 5-star hotel. I thought it was a review from a few picky guests, but when I actually experienced it, I was even more disappointed. Andaz's lobby is far from the service expected from a 5-star hotel. It was a very unpleasant experience. It needs improvement.

Simply sublime service by all Andaz Bali staffs. When my wife stayed by herself - she who is experiencing pain on her achilles heel - have difficulty in walking long duration, however Ms Puspa (the Front Office Manager) personally helped escorted my wife to her room. That we called personal touch! Totally unselfish and true customer-focused service! Personal thank you to Pak Marc Walz who always extend his sincere attention and help to make loyal customers like us keep on coming back to Andaz Bali! Great team Pak Marc!

Amazing, book it

Loved the hotel. Kids club, breakfast, service excellent. I’m still thinking about the French toast and prawn omelette. We stayed in a suite with sofa turned into kids bed and one rollaway. It was snug, but fine for 5 days. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

Complete Disregard for World of Hyatt Members Post-Stay

I stayed at Andaz Bali for 4 nights to attend a wedding. Room was excellent, service was great, and the Village Square concept was interesting to say the least. What I found appalling was what happened post-stay: after using Suite Upgrade Award and booking a qualifying rate, the stay posted 0 qualifying nights and 0 eligible spend. No nights or points credited into my account. When asked for the reason why, they were unable to provide a straightforward response and just said, "It will take us 3-7 working days for us to investigate this." A direct conversation with Hyatt's Globalist customer service line indicated that the post has been credited as deemed correct by the property, therefore I can only assume that this property goes out of its way to discredit qualifying nights and points into World of Hyatt's membership. This is simply out of the ordinary in the worst possible way because I had a latter stay at another Hyatt property, of which is credited correctly in just one (1) working day, so there's clearly something fishy that the management is doing here at Andaz Bali. Simply put, if you're a World of Hyatt member, especially if you're in the Explorist or Global status, avoid this property. They show disregard to your status anyways and you'll get nothing out of your stay here unless you're attending a very special event.

Andaz Not as nice as my expectation gor a 5 star Hotel in sanur bali

My first time in Sanur and i choose Andaz, location is good near the crowd in Sanur but it below my expectation. I dont feel service like 5 star hotel from the staff greeting and for the a la carte breakfast i feel for my 5 night stay the breakfast is below average compare to other 5 star hotel. Kids club activity is good to entertain children Facilities like gym need to go to hyatt regency Andaz need improvement in service and staff like a real 5 star hotel
