Concierge - Ruanna and Aryane were both super helpful with directions and helping me organize the various sightseeing I wanted to see. Ruanna came to the rescue, when I couldn’t find feijoada. She ordered me take out Feijoada from a local restaurant and it was amazing!🤩 Dinner at Caseira restaurant inside the hotel - steak and risotto. Great service and food! It was a quick stay. Solid hotel that I would definitely recommend and stay at again.

I stayed at this hotel for ten nights in 2008 and returned for three nights in August 2024. It was a nostalgic occasion, and I found that the hotel has been largely well-maintained. Edoardo at the reception looked up the details of my previous stay and offered me the same room, which was a thoughtful touch as I reminisced about my great experience from 16 years ago. The lobby is large and beautiful, featuring numerous elevators that provide quick access to the rooms. The rooms are spacious, and the bathrooms are adorned with exquisite Italian marble. The shower is fantastic, and there is also a huge bathtub. The room was identical to 16 years ago, except for the old cathode ray tube television, which has been replaced with a flat-screen TV. The view has changed significantly due to extensive building work that has taken place around the hotel. The breakfast area doubles as a restaurant in the evening, where I dined once during my stay. I remember eating affordably during my previous visit, but the restaurant has since shifted to offering various options, all at a very high price point. I enjoyed breakfast there three times—something I didn’t do in 2008—and it was excellent, with plenty of high-quality choices. The hotel is five miles south of Cerqueira César, so you must use taxis to reach the city centre and tourist areas. Apart from the Morumbi Shopping Centre, the immediate vicinity is not especially interesting. During my previous stay, I spent a fortune on taxis, which were expensive then. However, using Uber was much cheaper than in 2008, making it easy to get around the city. If you plan to stay for over a week, I recommend dividing your stay between this hotel and a more centrally located one. During my visit, I purchased drinks at the hotel bar, dined in the restaurant once, and enjoyed breakfast thrice. However, I noticed the number of Hyatt points credited to my account was less than expected. Interestingly, I received more points for my stay at the Grand Hyatt Rio de Janeiro, even though I spent less there just a few days earlier.

We stayed at this hotel to attend their annual New Year’s party. The room was very luxurious and clean. Very large resort style full marble bathroom. They evenoffer complementary Havaiana sandals. Nice linens and bath towels as well as high-quality luxury bath products/soaps. Very easy check-in and checkout process my only complaint would be that the water pressure is a little low for the shower but I’m all about water conservation for the planet!

Lovely facility. Friendly staff. Great service. Beautiful room. Not ideal for sightseeing but still a wonderful place to stay for business purposes. Would highly recommend. I found their suggestion for a tour guide quite helpful as well and my massage experience was outstanding. PS - booked through my Amex hotel program and that really was a smart idea for financial and upgrade reasons. Would take advantage of that program again as well.
