Grand Hyatt Sao Paulo

The Grand Hyatt in Sao Paulo is a little dated, but overall offers a great value. I had an exceptional experience at the club lounge, thanks to Mr. Liu Haodong. His warm hospitality, attention to detail, and genuine care made my stay truly special. He anticipated my needs and I’m incredibly grateful for his service and look forward to returning!

Very good hotel. Excellent service, good food and friendly staff. Wide rooms and extreemly comfortable bath rooms. The hotel is located in a quiet area. Taxi and uber are avalable antvtime. Quit near a shopping mall. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent

We stayed here both at the beginning and end of a trip too South America. The hotel is about an hour Uber ride from the airport. Uber is also a convenient way of getting round the city. During our first stay the hotel was busy and we received a Globalist upgrade to a Club Room. However, on our second stay we were upgraded at check in to a Grand Suite. Thanks to Ruana for her help. The suite was a large and beautiful corner suite, with the wood panelling common in Grand Hyatts twenty years ago. We greatly appreciate the upgrades - thank you. The Grand Lounge is medium size but has a large selection both at breakfast and for cocktails. Thanks to Daniela for mixing wickedly good G&Ts. And we appreciated José for his constant eye which ensured that the lounge looked good and ran smoothly.

Awesome room and view Love extreme polite staff and gesture Room service is awesome I must saw overall very good experience. I came for conference however love place and rooms. Waiters, cleaning staff boys and room service operators were very polite and helpful

Very clean hotel, welcoming and helpful staff, great breakfast and lunch options. Good location for business and WiFi availability throughout the hotel was good. Only downside was the quality of the in room dining but overall a good hotel choice
