Tivoli Sao Paulo-Mofarrej

Incredible experience at the spa! So easy to schedule and the deep tissue massage was one of the best I have ever had! The entire process was so relaxing and enjoyable. It was a very wonderful experience. Highly recommend in every capacity!!

There are so many aspects of my trip that were truly above and beyond my expectations. I came to São Paulo for a medical emergency and the Tivoli Hotel staff were awesome. They tried everything to make sure my needs were met regardless of the language differences. I have new friends that I will remember forever. The rooms, the views, and the food was amazing. Thank you Tivoli family for embracing my husband and I. I’m sending another review for staff members by name separately. This one is for Jamilly, Mr. Louie, Niki, Victoria, and David 🙏🥰. Another great stay at the Tivoli. Room service was ordered and Jamilly provided excellent room service. The food was delicious and just as I ordered. I appreciate the hotel’s effort to make my stay enjoyable. Highly recommend! Definitely will be back!

We went to São Paulo for the Packers/Eagles game and stayed at the Tivoli for 3 nights. Check-in was a breeze. Our room was spacious and had a nice view. The bathroom was beautiful with a walk-in shower. We were given robes and flip flops to wear, which was a nice touch. There was a stocked mini bar and snacks but of course you had to pay for everything. The room was very cold and it was hard to regulate the temperature, but we had extra blankets in our closet so that helped. The beds were clean but a little firm. The restaurant on the first floor was good, but not spectacular. The drinks were okay. We never used the pool because you had to walk through the restaurant to get there, which was awkward. We never ate at the penthouse restaurant, but it was beautiful. There were not very many English-speaking servers at the first floor restaurant, but we muddled through with our limited Portuguese. We really liked Evington - he was super nice and did his best to get our orders right. The hotel always had plenty of staff on hand to answer all of our questions. The hotel is in a very safe neighborhood. We never once felt unsafe the entire time we were in São Paulo, despite what people told us to expect. Don't believe anything you read on Facebook!

We bright a large group to Tivoli for the NFL game between the Packers and Eagles. We had a large block of rooms as well as a reception for our guests at the hotel. Beatriz from Events and Group Department handled all of our rooms and event needs. Beatriz is very friendly and efficient, and ensured our group was taken care of at all times.
