Perry Lane Hotel, A Luxury Collection Hotel

The Perry Lane is an amazing hotel . Wonderful service combined with beautiful accommodations is hard to beat. They have sparkling wine and Rose available all day. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of room and very nice antique decoration. The valet/bellmen team is so helpful and friendly. Pops often drives the courtesy shuttle and is so knowledgeable about Savannah and very friendly. When we come back to Savannah this is where we will stay.

We had a great experience at Perry Lane. The rooms were large and spotless with comfortable beds. Perfect location. Free champagne all day long. What impressed us most was the amazing service. The staff goes above and beyond. Sam and Rebecca were so helpful at check in. Randy the concierge had great ideas for tours and restaurants. Loved the car service! It was very cold when we visited and the car service really came in handy. Thanks to Pops and Trevor for driving us around. Can't wait to return!

The moment we stepped inside this beautiful hotel, we were welcomed by Sam at the front desk who continued to elevate our stay throughout. Planning with Randy, the concierge was super fun and helpful. The entire place was clean, elegant, and comfortable - and the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. Food was fabulous too - thanks to our server Jonathan for making breakfast extra special. Will stay here again and again!

We stayed for 4 nights over New Year's as a couple. The hotel is just fantastic! The restaurant is really delicious (slightly chronically under-staffed, but they still do a great job once they get to you). We had room service several times and really enjoyed it. (Hint, call the front desk to order, not 'room service'.) My definition of a perfect hotel is not one in which 'nothing can go wrong', but one in which if there is an issue, it is dealt with professionally and quickly. When we had an issue with our room it was addressed. Hotel personnel alerted the manager (Alex) and he got involved to make sure that we were happy and satisfied. That is perfect! Bed is comfortable, and they will provide different and extra pillows. Temperature is controllable and makes the room comfortable as you like it. The location is really great. Convenience store next store. Easy walking distance to virtually everywhere. The free car service is useable and really convenient. We used it several times. Friendly and helpful drivers. I have to call out the front desk personnel. They were all always friendly and helpful even when I felt like I was demanding. A particular callout to Max, but they all did the kind of job that you would hope for. Room tip: We had a Grand Superior Room, and found it well worth paying for the upgrade. Gave a benefit of a 'living room' type space to the room. Room tip (2): The hotel is in two buildings. We stayed in the non-main building, and recommend that you request it. It's just as convenient, but less crowded. Nice amenities, and you feel that you are staying at a luxury hotel.

Our stay was perfect - had everything we wanted! Comfortable beds, clean rooms, good gym facilities and great service. The front desk crew was always friendly, the bartenders at Wayward were amazing (so friendly, let you try anything) and breakfast downstairs at the emporium was really tasty, a good way to start the day! The rooftop bar and pool were beautiful but it was cold and windy so we only looked and didn't enjoy. Savannah around Christmas was so festive, we walked almost everywhere but when we wanted a ride, the hotel had multiple grand wagoneers to be driven anywhere in the area. Randy the concierge recommended the BEST spots so some did require a ride there (walk back) so was really nice to have the option. Our only uber was to the airport - what a perk.
