Excellent service and rooms. We try to stay here every time we visit Savannah. The roof top Barand restaurant is excellent also for drinks and breakfast in the a.m. the breakfast is order bot buffet so it can take some time- if you are in a hurry, skip it.

Lovely hotel. We had a suite and really enjoyed it. Both Bar Julian and Fleeting were excellent. The Thompson Tesla is a great perk. The hotel is a little further away from the hub of "downtown" but we like it's more quiet location. The service was excellent. Also loved the wetroom tub/shower. Will stay again.

Beautiful room overlooking Savannah. The hotel is modern, the gym updated with peloton bikes. There was an issue during our stay but assistant manager Tristan provided excellent customer service. I would recommend visiting the hotel. The one recommendation I would give is to improve the room service food offerings - it is pretty sparse right now.

The hotel itself is very pretty and well decorated. The rooms were nice, along with the shower and toiletry amenities. Pros: 1. Complementary Drop off in the city (based on availability and first-come-first-serve) Recommend scheduling this immediately when arriving. They drop you in a Tesla and we just had to tip the driver. Drawbacks: 1. Parking -- 49 dollars a day or park at a meter for 2 dollars an hour (8am-8pm). If you come on the weekends though, many of the city garages do 5 dollars for the day. 2. It isn't far from downtown but if you are looking for the experience of walking out of the hotel and directly to dinner -- this may not be the hotel for you. Surprise (Negative): 1. The towels in our room were nothing more than rags. This may seem like I am joking but for a luxury hotel I expected large, plush towels. Instead, we got small thin towels that were frayed at all edges and with huge rips where the surging had come off. See pictures below. Sometimes it is the SMALL things. 2. We booked through Chase where it noted that ALL fees and taxes were included. They attempted to charge me the destination fee and I asked for it to be removed from my bill. The front desk said they "always charge this" and I showed her my confirmation and even had to scroll through the Terms and Conditions while she read each and every one. She was annoyed that I pushed back but in my opinion they are getting paid twice -- once by Chase and again by the visitor. She reversed it as a "one time courtesy" but wasn't happy about it.

Wonderful location, views, restaurants, and most importantly staff. We’ve been disappointed our last few stays at hotels that are very well rated. So we were not expecting the stay to be as great as it was. We were so happy that the stay was such a wonderful experience. Checking in was wonderful with Tristen making the start of the trip start right. Bar Julian was great with wonderful views. The drinks were even better. The staff was very nice especially Quina and Taylor made a killer margarita.
