Comfortable vibe
The Omni is Spanish themed and it has a laid back, comfortably feel. The customer service is very good, which is something that seems to have faded in American resorts over the years. Although the amenities and rooms at the resort are nice, there are other resorts that provide more. However, we liked the Omni because it felt comfortable and unpretentious. We had come to the Omni immediately after staying in a competing resort in Scottsdale. We both mentioned that we liked the vibe of the Omni much more.

Birthday Bliss
We visited for a few days to celebrate my birthday. The staff were so friendly, professional and accommodating. I had a small birthday cake waiting for me in our room when we arrived. We also were given a complimentary dessert for dinner on my birthday. We would love to return soon. We can't say enough good about EVERYTHING we experienced while staying here!

Beautiful Resort, Wonderful Visit
My husband and I went for my birthday weekend. We were so impressed with the resort... landscaping and architecture was beautiful. We felt like we were in old Spain. Food was delicious, especially Prado. The Crave Cafe had delicious coffee and pastries. Staff was very quick to answer questions, or bring something we needed to our room. The massage at the spa was one of the best I've ever had. Definitely a great getaway for a special occasion!

Best Omni!
This place is gorgeous! I would highly recommend. The staff was warm, wonderful, and helpful in everything. We decided to stay here on our last day of vacation and it was so relaxing! We did get an upgrade so we had a gorgeous suite and a wonderful view. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful!

Relaxing hotel!
Excellent resort. I love the Andalusian vibes. The room was great except for the shower. There was hardly any water pressure maybe the shower heads need replacing? The soap was kind of weird too. It seemed greasy. The hotel should invest in better soap and shampoo to make the “room and bathroom” experience better. The food is really great and the hotel overall has a very nice and relaxing atmosphere with the Andalusian style water fountains. I would definitely stay there again!
