This is our fourth year staying at the Omni for our anniversary, and it just keeps getting better! The views of Camelback Mountain are unparalleled, and the property is absolutely gorgeous. We prefer to stay at the back of the property which have rooms with patios facing the mountain and they have always gone out of their way to accommodate our request. Victor, who works in the bar at Prado, is so great and we always make a point of having at least a drink or two to visit with him. The grounds are so well kept and the property never feels crowded. I'm hopeful to come back when it's warmer to enjoy the beautiful pools!

Very unique place with everything at your fingertips. Very friendly staff and an amazing suite! Wish we would've been able to stay longer, but this was a perfect romantic getaway for our 20th wedding anniversary! We'll have to revisit in the summer, when we can experience the amenities a little further, like the world-class pool.

I’ve been to a few resorts in Scottsdale now and this is the first one I truly didn’t like. I paid for a king room with a view of Camelback mountain and all I got was a view of some guys house on the other side of a wall and some huge trees. The restaurant that serves breakfast was locked well after the open hours and if there was an open door somewhere, none of the staff inside that saw me trying to open the door bothered to tell me. I specifically looked for a place that could charge the EV I rented and even though the chargers here have “instructions for charging a non tesla” stuck to the front they actually don’t work for anything but a Tesla and that was confirmed by the people working there - thanks for the BS. If you walk up on the resort from the parking garage in the night you’ll never find the front desk without someone guiding you because it’s off in the corner of the resort with no lights and no signs guide you there. There were used and empty bottles of soap in my shower like they didn’t clean after the last person was in here. For over a thousand bucks for two nights you could do WAY better than this. Wasted time and money.

Staff and property are so lovely and welcoming! The king poolside room was so nice and clean with wonderful soaking tub and large shower. Comfy furniture on balcony and great beds. Spa is good enough to spend a large part of the day at. If you want a great blowout after spa treatment book with Remy in the salon. Excellent variety of restaurants depending on what you feel like from grab n go coffee parties to classy sports bar to formal romantic dinner. So many outdoor seating areas with fire when cooler at night. Perfect girls trip or couples getaway.
