Wonderful Stay at The W Hotel in Scottsdale
The staff at the W Scottsdale are so beyond helpful. Was staying here for work after the fires in LA for about a month and they were really accommodating. They made my stay very comfortable and were very attentive. The valet staff was beyond kind and helpful! A special thank you to Tre, Will, Jonathan, Monty, Mati, Collin, and both Richards on the valet. Because of the time I spent there, they knew how to help me be efficent with my schedule and take care of my car the way it needed to be during my stay. Thanks so much to everyone at the W! I definitely will be back!

Best time at W Scottsdale as always
I’ve got to say every time I stay at the W I have the best experience because of the staff. To be specific Alyssa, the concierge has always been nothing but great in assisting me and making sure my stay is amazing. Huge shout out to her and everyone!

Wouldn’t stay again unfortunately
At the cost to stay here I was very disappointed with the service. We stayed for 6 nights, our room was only cleaned 2 times despite having to tell the from desk, and follow up with a call. The hallway smelled like rotten eggs 3:6 days. Thankfully the smell wasn’t in the room. They do have a good location. Walking distance to old town, many restaurants and bars. If you have trouble sleeping might not want to stay here - very loud. I will add that the bartenders at both bars were lovely and provided good service.

MONTY IS THE GOAT
Monty is amazing! Literally took care of our entire company. An entire business trip full of rental cars. No questions ask, helpful every step of the way. If you end up having him as your valet. His work ethic is unmatched, kudos to him. Keep up the great work!

Great experience for the work conference. Monty at the valet was super attentive and professional. Food was great and the entire facility was clean. Looking forward to going back for another function or for a staycation. Higley recommended
