Hilton Diamond member and HFR booking. The hotel's concierge emailed us about a week before arrival, and I would suggest you use that connection to make breakfast reservations at All Water (if not done in Open Table). They're busy for lunch and dinner, so you'll need to book a table to avoid a wait. We arrived late at night to find the hotel's doors locked for security with no obvious way to call for assistance. We were able to enter using our digital key in the Hilton app, but if you arrive late and don't have that option then you might need to be creative. Staff did a great job of introducing us to the hotel and making us feel welcome. Though check-in staff knew all of the comps included with our booking and status, staff at checkout did not, needed to call a manager, and were very resistant to amending our folio. It took several tries to get things right, but our final bill was completely accurate. We had several meals at All Water, and each was good enough to justify its price tag. Staff knew our names and my coffee order by the second day. Expect to spend about $60 for two. Rosebay's cocktails were also inventive and served in a cozy setting; however, the bartender was a bit friendlier to groups and big spenders than my wife and I (one cocktail each before out night out, so not a big order). Our king bed deluxe water view room only had a partial view of the water, at best, so if that is important to you keep in mind we were on the 8th floor. You'll need to go much higher for an unobstructed view. Though some reviews noted cleanliness or stocking issues, aside from the glass in the bathroom (dividing walls) needing a scrub we didn't encounter any of that. The room was spotless, generously stocked with towels and mini-bar items, and Frette linens and Le Labo toiletries. Our bed was similarly comfortable to comparable hotels (e.g. Conrad, JW). We were also treated to a welcome amenity, a local bottle of red wine. The hotel is easily walkable or a short ride to most of your likely destinations around Seattle. Umbrellas were available to borrow on rainy days. We never waited more than a few minutes for a rideshare. Though there are some homeless folks in the area, in the one instance where a young woman came into the lobby to escape a downpour staff addressed her with respect and compassion. All hotel staff were genuinely friendly and, with the exception of checkout staff and Rosebay, left a positive impression. We never had to look far to find help when we needed it. There is a lot to like here, and we would consider staying again.

Shoutout to Ms. Amaja at the front desk for going above and beyond in helping us find food delivery at 2:00 AM—jet-lagged and craving food, we had our own little Sleepless in Seattle moment! In general, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, making for a pleasant stay. The hotel itself was very clean, modern, and centrally located—making it easy to walk to popular tourist spots like Pike Place Market and the boardwalk (Pier 57). However, a couple of things could use improvement: 1. The carpet needs repair, as I tripped on it a couple of times. 2. The room provided had a view of the wall of the next building. 3. Adding a bidet in the bathrooms would be a great touch, especially for Asian travelers. All in all, we had a pleasant stay, thanks to Ms. Amaja and the rest of the staff.

Jackson is nailing it on the front drive and Eric is a great manager. Great happy hour drinks (Four Roses old fashioneds) and delicious happy hour oysters. Ceviche was also on point. Great comfortable rooms for solos and couples alike. Great proximity to downtown attractions.

Not worth the price. I checked in to find the carpet in my room wet, which was somewhat disconcerting. It was late and I was tired so I just let it go. In addition to being tired I was also hungry, and excited to see they had 24 hour room service. However, it seems the late night service is all pre-made and therefore they could not accommodate my food allergy and weren’t willing to do anything other than say, we can’t help. I ended up eating the $10 mini bar potato chips and going to bed hungry. The walls are thin and I could hear the alarm going off in my neighbors room and didn’t sleep well. I decided to cut my stay at the 1000 short and finish my long weekend at another downtown luxury hotel.

The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, making relaxation easy. Dining options were diverse and delicious—I can’t recommend the breakfast enough! Overall, a fantastic choice for anyone looking to indulge and unwind.

Thank you so much for your great staff, food, amenities, and amazing attention to detail including decor, a window in my room that opens, wonderful quality bath products and towels, deep soaking tubs, and two waters in my rental car cup holder when I left! I checked in late at night and left very early for a meeting. I have stayed at MANY hotels in Seattle and yours is by far the best. I will make your hotel my Seattle base from now on. Thanks so much.

My first visit to Seattle and I couldn’t have been happier that we chose to stay with Hotel 1000. The hotel itself is beautiful, the staff were all very friendly and the food in the BOKA lounge was fantastic! I only wish you were in Victoria so I could eat there all the time. The Ahi Tuna Poke was a favorite and the Mac & Cheese was a close second. Lisa was very knowledgeable and friendly and definitely left a positive impression. We enjoyed our evening there so much we came back on our second night there. Our server was very nice as well, unfortunately I do not remember her name. I will be recommending your hotel to everyone and can’t wait to get to come back myself!

I work for Expedia so I stay in Seattle a lot. I always come back to Hotel 1000 mainly because the staff there really make a difference. I came with my family this time and we could not have felt more welcome. They had a wonderful time and felt so comfortable in the hotel, and that is due to the great staff and terrific atmosphere you have in the hotel. You should feel very proud of everyone on your team, they make such a difference to the customers experience of staying in Seattle!
