Hotel 1000 Seattle

My husband and I stayed at Hotel 1000 for my birthday celebration weekend and, from the moment we entered the lobby, the staff made sure that I felt special and celebrated. They really know how to go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. On top of the extras that made my birthday extra special, the standards of customer service are top notch too. From nightly turn-down service, something that seems to be a forgotten amenity in many hotels these days, to the super soft bath robes and slippers, I felt spoiled and pampered. Every member of the staff we came into contact with was very nice and friendly. Also, the location of the hotel was perfect for us and the exploring that we planned for our trip. We were central to the Pike Place Market and Pioneer Square and also walking distance to the Space Needle. I would highly recommend Hotel 1000 and I really hope that I get the opportunity to stay again some day!

Hotel 1000 is the epitome of customer service excellence. The property itself is boutique perfection. This location is extremely convenient to Pike’s Place, SAM, the ferry and subway transportation. The rooms are luxurious and incredibly relaxing with their comfortable beds, soothing fountain tubs and unbelievable water views. The restaurant provided delicious fresh seafood and with a fantastic menu of options to your liking. My birthday, was incredibly special simply because Crystal, Iris, Ririka, Melody, Troy, Destiny and all the staff absolutely spoiled us! We were greeted so warmly and given early access to our beautiful room. Upon entering, we were given a dog bed with a soft ferry dog toy and silver bowls for our dogs to enjoy. Further in, I was delighted to find chilled champagne, decedent chocolate truffles and a sweet birthday card! I definitely want to highlight Crystal since she went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Thank you Hotel 1000 for making our stay so wonderful! We will definitely be making this our home base when visiting Seattle!

We hate leaving here! This year has been a crazy year in our personal life, so came here for my wife’s birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make my wife feel so special! We have stayed here multiple times and each time has blown us away. We travel A LOT, and out of all of the hotels we have stayed in the world, this has been our favorite. The hotel and rooms and gorgeous, but more importantly each staff member deeply cares. You can see it by how the interact with each person. Eric, Ririka, Sarah, and Macaria did more than they needed to for our stay. Hand written notes, attention to detail, birthday gifts and champagne, and much more. But it’s not just the front staff, valet, room service, the restaurant, each person asked how our stay was and made sure we had everything we needed. I wish I knew everyone’s name because I would call everyone out by name in here if I could. Thank you so much for the incredible time and making us feel like family ❤️

Aisha s was great! She was honest and did not steer us wrong on a great meal and drinks! We will definitely be back to try more. The scallops were awesome and the baked oysters were great! Pork belly was a win as well. And can’t go wrong with the ice creme.

There are lots of luxury hotel brands, but not many luxury hotels. A stay at Hotel 1000 will renew your faith in service, cleanliness and comfort. The concierge, Sarah, made us feel valued from the moment I reached out (weeks before our stay). The hotel is right-sized. The staff is very well trained to make every guest feel like a VIP. They all made a big deal about my birthday. As we were leaving for dinner the host commented on my outfit and expressed genuine compliments on my attire. I felt like a celebrity. We had a Jr water view suite that was lovely with a nice view of the ferry dock. Temperature control was efficient. Carpets, drapes and wallpaper all soothing grays and in wonderful shape. Bath tub filled from ceiling (impressive). Ok yes, they gave me a few birthday surprises and a handwritten card, but I would have been impressed regardless.
