Convenient, great rooms, great staff. Walking distance to everything downtown. Some of the best sushi in Seattle right next door!

Loved it! Wonderful location, friendly staff, room was very clean and quiet. Great rooftop deck with view of sunsets, Ferris wheel, Mt. Rainier, the Olympic Mtns, and The Market. Also gas-light fire pits for winter warmth while star gazing.

We have just had a terrible experience at this hotel as they are refurbishing the rooms. We were woken up to the horrendous sound of drilling which was constant. Having gone down to reception to complain they did move us from room 606 to room 311. The first room had a lovely view and a large bathroom with a walk in shower. The second room had a partial view and a tiny bathroom with a shower over a bath. The hotel have offered a discount but maintain that the two rooms were comparable. I asked twice to speak to the manager but she was unavailable. As with most customer service these days it is left to the client facing staff to deal with customers whilst the management sit in their ivory towers and refuse to engage with customers on a face to face basis. No mention of this refurbishment is made on the website nor when we checked in. So if you are staying during the week in the near future you have been warned!

The hotel is only a few metres from the Pike Place Public Market and is a cosy bolt-hole away from the crowds. The staff were exceptional and hotel itself was spotless. Our room and bathroom was huge and very comfortable. We loved the roof-top patio area with the fire pits as well.

We went to Seattle and stayed at the Inn at the Market in June and loved it. We had this wonderful big suite and the service was wonderful.

We had the fortunate blessing to be able to stay at the Inn at the Market in downtown Seattle in September, 2004. The staff was courteous, helpful and accommodating...The property was beautiful, scenic and strategically located right at Pike's Place Market - the Mecca of an amazing food experience. I would definitely return to the Inn at the Market yearly!

Our trip to Seattle was excellent. The Inn at the Market gave us a wonderful room, great service and the choice of two restaurants was an added bonus.

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at Inn at the Market. I can't say enough great things about the spacious room, perfect views, amenities, and art deco furnishings. The two things that won our hearts above all else was the service and the location. From the front desk staff to the bellhops and housekeeping, everyone was polite, professional and attentive.
