Thompson Seattle

Awesome place to stay when in Seattle! We came here with our kids and had stayed in Leavenworth for the few days prior to driving into the city. When we got to Thompson, the valet was helpful and helped us with our bags. Staff was great, location is ideal and rooms were spacious and clean. Everything is modern and chic including their in-room amenities. We loved our stay here and would stay here again.

Great hotel excellent customer service. We really enjoyed being close to all that downtown Seattle has to offer. You can walk to the piers, Seattle aquarium, the ferry. Nightlife is close also. We would recommend to anyone wanting a fantastic place to stay in Seattle.

Awful front desk service. Folks there could not care less about being accommodating. So unlike what I normally experience at a Hyatt Brand.Room was mediocre at best with poor maid service also. Will not return. Will choose either Olive 8. Or Regency.

The hotel is nice although valet is a hassle since it’s right on a busy street without a cover so was in the rain. The dinning is OK I didn’t get to try the rooftop bar but the menu selections were limited. The ambience of the hotel was very nice, staff is accommodating. They had activities for kids and adults. The bed was not comfortable at all.

Average stay. Front desk cold and not very interested in improving your stay. Rooftop bar adds 20% service fee for guests to order, pickup, clean, and close out with the bar. Destination fee added with no explanation of what it includes, often offerings not honored. Otherwise clean room, great valet (likely third party) and walkable location. Spend your time and money at establishments that care about guests and hospitality.
