This was my birthday trip and my daughter was with me to celebrate. This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! Each room is called an atrium whereby the guest gets their own apartment style space. The floor to ceiling windows allow for the majestic views of the sunrise and red rocks. They have turndown service and black out curtains. The atriums also have a private rooftop with a fireplace. I saw the Milky Way! The decor and furnishings are ultra modern and high quality. There is a mini bar with food snacks and non alcoholic drinks as complimentary. The grounds are well kept and the fireplaces around the pool set a wonderful ambiance each evening. We did a spa treatment and it was marvelous. Additionally, they have a car service with Lexus cars that take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius. This was so convenient and we rode in style. The staff, particularly Mike was AMAZING!!!! They knew our names and treated us with kindness and made us feel right at home. They have a local gym off property but this car service can drive you there. We could not get a reservation at a popular restaurant and the concierge made it happen! She got us in at the time that we wanted so that was awesome. Finally, they use a texting system to communicate with guests and when I tell you they respond immediately! They know how to make their clients feel welcomed and appreciated. If I had to give any less positive feedback it would be that there isn’t a lot of space for your clothes. I will be back!!!!

Recently stayed at this luxury individual atrium hotel. The property is breathtaking and the individual atriums are beautiful with floor to ceiling windows. Besides the property being outstanding, I would have to say that the staff, Danny Front desk and Matt the manager and just want to thank you everybody from the bartender at the restaurant Forty1 to the servers. I can’t say how much the staff made this trip so memorable everybody was nice pleasant and accommodating. What a great place to stay if you’re visiting Sedona or just make a special trip thank you again to everybody there.

The attention to detail at this facility is outstanding! From check in to check out the staff is literally waiting to assist you with anything you need. Spa was 10 out of 10, room was 10 out of 10, Facilities, Staff, Cleaning crew, turndown service, everything was on point perfectly timed.

For our ten-year anniversary, my fiancee and I decided to relax and unwind for a few nights at Ambiente. I expected excellence, yet still was blown away by the property, and more importantly, the impeccable service provided by the Ambiente team. Special thanks to Michael, Abram, Danny, and Mara for making our stay unforgettable. Their attention to detail, genuine hospitality, and thoughtfulness elevated our experience to a level we didn’t think possible. Whether it was arranging personalized touches for our celebration or offering expert local recommendations, their efforts made us feel like cherished guests. As the cherry on top, the texting service allows for lightning-fast assistance. For example, I requested that a coat I had left in our vehicle be brought to the room. Within three minutes, I had my coat on and was back upstairs enjoying the terrace. Generally speaking, the accommodations were stunning, with every detail meticulously designed to blend luxury and comfort. Waking up to the breathtaking Sedona red rock views (almost 360 degree, by the way) from our room was an experience we’ll never forget. The menu at Forty1 crafted by Chef David is nothing short of superb, and every meal, from breakfast to dinner, felt like a celebration in itself. The most difficult part of the stay may have been deciding what to order. Ambiente truly sets the bar for excellence in Sedona. We challenge anyone to find a more complete and enjoyable stay in this magical city. We’re already dreaming of our next visit!
