Ambiente Sedona, A Landscape Hotel

WOW AND WOW! Blown away by the spectacular service and beautiful accommodations at Ambiente! They cater to your every whim. The breakfast was a favorite for me. So good with healthy options. The car service can’t be beat. So convenient. The atriums are precious, moody, well thought out, luxurious, private yet opening the windows gives you a Sedona view to love. Light and nature and tranquility abound! It was too cold to enjoy the pool area, but it’s absolutely gorgeous! Cute story: we were walking back to our atrium on my birthday and right on the path, a hummingbird flew right in front of us. I happen to love hummingbirds! We are already talking about when we can return. A card and wine in the room were so sweet too. Top notch snacks and beverages. A trailhead is on the property so it was so fun to walk out and hike without having to drive anywhere. Such a special place with unparalleled customer service! Thanks for everything Ambiente!

Beautiful views from the rooftop but the noise of traffic from the nearby road was a disappointment. Not the zen experience I imagined when I booked. Also the bed in our atrium faced a sidewalk so we had to keep our curtains closed for privacy. The golf cart attendees and drivers offered great service though. Our checkout experience was exceptional. They had our car waiting when we arrived at the lobby and promptly loaded our luggage inside. There were two cold bottles of water waiting for us in the cup holders. Great for our drive out.

Being able to hear the running water under your atrium is no better way to doze off for a peaceful evening. Having signature cocktails awaiting on arrival made the experience extra special along with the ability to arrange private excursions....you won't regret a minute of your stay.

The staff at this resort could offer a masters course in customer service. They did an amazing job taking care of us and making our stay awesome! The stars were so bright and it was a great place to relax on the roof and stargaze. There were comfortable easy-to-intermediate hiking trails with a trail head right next to the resort, and the on-site restaurant was delicious! I recommend anyone who wants a relaxing getaway consider this as a must in Sedona!

I can't say enough about how great of a hotel this is. Very unique private rooms with roof patios that have a gas firepit, a great place to relax and enjoy the night sky. The service really stands out, the staff are incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. They run a complimentary car service within 2 miles of the hotel, which is great for accessing the restaurants, shops, and trailheads as parking can be challenging to find during the peak hours of the morning and afternoon. You can simply text the concierge to arrange pickup and travel, a service I highly recommend. The pool is heated and open 24/7. Had a great couples experience at the Velvet Spa on property, which also has very courteous and professional staff. The entrance to the Adobe Jack trailhead is just next to the hotel entrance, which connects up to the Soldiers Pass trail making that a very convenient hike from the property.
