The Trans Resort Bali

The resort is in need of tender, loving, care. A bit too crowded around the swimming pool. It can become ratger loud and busy. Great variety of food and beverages, at breakfast. Lunch and dinners' menu, would benefit from a regular change, after few days, it becomes rather boring. Staff at the restaurant and around the resort itself, helpful and attentive. However a little slow, service wise. Language is a bit of barrier. Manager on duty, during our stay, Dana, great. Overall, good stay. Probably, very luxurious resort at opening, 10 years ago.

The staff were just great eager to help and always with a smile. The resort was top notch from the rooms, fitness centre, pool and restaurant. We had issues flying out due to volcanic issues and had to stay an extra two nights and they were very accommodating. I would defiantly recommend this resort.

Positive: 1. Good buffet breakfast. 2. Large room with a jacuzzi at the balcony. 3. Large swimming pool. Negative: 1. Hotel location is not great. It's on a very busy road and very difficult to go across the road with so much traffic. Quite far to walk to the Seminyak Square. 2. Only provide shuttle bus 3 times per day to Seminyak Square and one way only. You have to make your own way back. 3. They don't provide free drinking water at the pool area even though you stay at the hotel. You have to pay. 4. Need repair and maintenance in the room eg the water tap fell off, carpet was not clean etc. 5. Corridor on G/F is dark all the times as the lights are not on. Might be they tried to save money. 6. Spa didn't work at the gym room. I think they turned it off to save cost.

The Trans Hotel offered impeccable service to my young family of 4. We were treated like royalty as soon as we arrived. The Villa was beautiful and kept clean everyday. The kids love the pool and the man made pool. The 18th rooftop bar was brilliant with delicious cocktails. The kids even loved the milkshakes.

We had the best time staying at the trans hotel and Dila was super accomodating in the club lounge!! She makes the best cocktails, is so polite and friendly and we had amazing conversation with her. While tending to us and our conversation, she was still very alert to other customers in the club lounge and ensured she accommodated to everyone equally.
