Conrad Seoul

I would like to thank to staff sarah (front desk) and also the kind lady at the executive lounge (whom I wasn't able to get a name, my apologies) for allowing my family to make memories on my brother's birthday trip, as we came all the way Hawaii and Seattle. It is his first time in Korea and your team has made it very memorable for him and we will definitely come back. The location of this hotel is very convenient, to the mall and subway station and not to mention if you take the airport bus, the drop off is right in front of the hotel. Im sure during the summer and fall the hotel outdoor area is immaculate and I am looking forward to coming back with my family and friends and creating many more memories that I will cherish.

Excellent service and staff. Excellent location in downtown near the IFC Mall. Special shout out to Declan from the Concierge Service who help arranged tours and reservations. He did an outstanding job of assimilating my requests into a formal itinerary. Additionally, thank you Irene for your warm smile and hospitality in the executive lounge. We appreciated the introduction to Korean Culture. We look forward to visiting again in the near future.

The hotel is now one of my favorite Conrad properties that I have stayed at. The staff, the room, the executive lounge, and the restaurants were perfect! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning on visiting Seoul. It really is an amazing property.

Wonderful 8 nights at Conrad Seoul. A highlight was the executive lounge breakfast with my wife and kids. The staff there are outstanding and made it such a nice way to start each day of our time in Seoul. Beautiful property in a great location.

Our family stayed at the Conrad Seoul for nine days, and it was a nice experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth and pleasant, thanks to Bella Hong, who ensured we felt welcomed. Our room had a beautiful view of the Han River. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa. Emily arranged our appointments seamlessly, and the therapists, Sophie and Itzel, provided exceptional treatments. The spa experience was rejuvenating and is a must-try if you're staying at the Conrad. During our extended stay, we required laundry services, and the Concierge Team went above and beyond by coordinating with a nearby service to pick up and deliver directly to the hotel. Their professionalism and efficiency made our stay much more convenient. Breakfast at Zest was a daily treat, offering a wide range of food options. However, we were disappointed that starting January 1, 2025, breakfast for Diamond members moved to the 37th-floor Executive Lounge. While the Executive Lounge is excellent, Zest provides a far more extensive food selection. We hope Conrad Seoul reconsiders this change and move back to Zest for breakfast experience for loyal Diamond members. The turndown service was a thoughtful touch, creating a cozy ambiance after a long day exploring Seoul. The rooms were impeccably clean, reflecting the hotel’s high standards of maintenance. The hotel’s connection to IFC Mall and Hyundai Mall was incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. Whether you’re in the mood for luxury brands, casual shopping, or a variety of restaurants, everything is just steps away. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Conrad Seoul. The excellent service, beautiful views, and convenient amenities made it a memorable experience. If we return to Seoul, we will definitely stay at the Conrad again.
