Conrad Seoul

There’s construction noise overnight at a neighboring site with metal beam being inserted into the ground at one hit per second. There’s no advanced notice of the noise until check in, Don’t stay here if you’re sensitive to noise otherwise you’ll be up all night. Staying Thursday March 13 2025.

Lovely hotel, lives up to its brand. The room was cleaned and spacious and the breakfast was amazing, always got seated right away. Great location, close to shops and metro. Staff were lovely. Would return when staying in Seoul, South Korea.

The staff and amenities of the Conrad Seoul are what set it apart from other hotels we have visited. From the reception to the executive lounge we were treated with respect and professionalism combined with genuine care and kindness, even including the sharing of personal skin care routines! The sauna/steam room is highly recommended and very clean -- they even provide clothes for the gym.

Unbelievable hotel! We were visiting during the winter time so we did not venture out too far from the hotel. The good news is that below the hotel is a multi-level Shopping Center to include food, clothing, household items, and just about anything else you would need. To be honest, there was very little reason to venture far from the hotel do to this little sinner located directly below the hotel. The check-in desk is very long and accommodating. There was not a line but they were well prepared for our arrival time and we had our rooms assigned in no time at all. The rooms were absolutely fabulous and definitely state of the art. There are TV sets built into the mirrors in the bathroom, a separate overhead shower and bathtub, and even a state-of-the-art electronic toilet! The view from the room was a static and incredible. Some views are blocked by other buildings so be sure to ask for rooms with the view of the bay. One of the highlights of the stay is the breakfast. The breakfast area is extremely large below the hotel although it is a bit expensive. They have all different types of foods and it's all set out as a buffet. You check in at the front and they will take you to a table and from there you can serve yourself at the buffets. The staff was extremely accommodating and very nice. Shortly after you return to your table with your food somebody will come around and accept your payment. I'm not sure why this isn't taking care of at the initial check-in to the dining room, but it wasn't too much of a problem if you are prepared. Overall, this is one of the top hotels that I've ever stayed at. Since a picture is worth a thousand words, I will let the picture speak for themself. I would definitely highly recommend this hotel to all my friends.

World class luxury hotel. I cannot say enough about how good this hotel is, from the amazing staff, to the rooms, the gym and restaurant options. I have enjoyed every second of my stay here. Special thanks to an amazing front office staff led by Andy, and to the great service we recieved in the restaurant from Jamie who went out of his way to make the stay memorable. I have not left yet but felt it was worthy of a 5 star review before leaving,
