There are two separate parts to this hotel and we stayed in the Executive Tower which I believe is more modern than the other tower. We loved our stay at this hotel and found it the perfect base for our first trip to Seoul. It is close to many of the key sites and also has easy access to the subway when travelling further afield. The rooms were spacious, modern and extremely clean and we also enjoyed the live singer in the hotel bar at the end of an evening. The hotel is attached to a large department store and on the basement level of the store there is an amazing food court offering both local and international cuisines. I would definitely return to this hotel when next in Seoul.

We only stayed 1 night in Seoul before flying to Jeju and I wanted somewhere with a convenient location. K Limousine Bus from Incheon Airport stops right at this hotel, and it is connected to the metro (Euljiro Station: Exit 8). Lotte mall and a food hall are also right at the hotel. The location is excellent. We arrived early in the morning and was told to come back earliest at 1pm before we could check in. At around USD400 a night in early October, the room was dated and a disappointment, and it did not feel like a 5 star stay.

My husband and I stayed in the Lotte Hotel Executive Tower in the Premier Double room at the end of October during our first trip to Seoul. The room was beautiful and exactly as shown in the pictures online. It was completely updated and clean, with no signs of wear and tear, and all the features worked perfectly. We were able to adjust the room temperature and AC unit as needed; the coldest temperature we set was 19°C. Our room was on the 23rd floor and was very quiet, with no street noise. The hotel offers a wide variety of amenities, but the only one we utilized during our stay was the gym. It is spacious, with plenty of exercise machines and an open area for stretching or yoga. We later learned that the gym has locker rooms and can provide workout clothes for guests, which is convenient for limiting packing. The staff were very helpful. When we arrived at the hotel, a staff member noticed us walking in with our luggage and immediately came over to assist us. The front desk staff were always ready to help, including calling a taxi for us when we checked out. Even though we tried our best to speak Korean when possible, every staff member we encountered understood English. They maintained a professional demeanor and demonstrated a high attention to detail. The location is very central in Seoul. The area is walkable and close to many tourist attractions and shopping areas. The Line 2 (Green Line) subway station is located directly below the hotel, which makes traveling by subway very convenient. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. Although it is a more expensive option, I believe it is well worth the price.

Service - Staff were polite and attentive. They would greet us whenever they saw us, which was so nice. They also provided a free room upgrade, and the check-in was efficient. I was able to keep my luggage in storage for a week for my return to Seoul, which I really appreciated. Location - The hotel’s location is ideal and within walking distance of popular tourist sites, Myeongdong market anf the palace. The K limousine stopped right outside the hotel, so it was easy to travel to and from Incheon Airport. You can also access the Lotte Department store and the Euljiro 1 ga subway station. The lotte department store has a food court, so it was convenient to visit different restaurants. I particularly loved the Osulloc kiosk and had mixed ice cream everyday :) Room - The upgraded room was spacious, featuring a comfortable bed, makeup table, and high-quality amenities, and with lovely city views. Cleanliness was a highlight, as housekeeping kept the room tidy with good-quality towels and toiletries. We were provided water bottles every day. Food - Breakfast featured a varied buffet with Western, Korean, and Mediterranean options; food quality was excellent, though the £60 price for two felt steep compared to nearby cafes. Facilities - there is a gym, spa, indoor pool, two jacuzzis, and changing rooms. It was slightly stuffy around the pool area and a few seating areas.

Stayed here for 2 nights and was quite impressed with the room. Very clean and had a magnificent view of the city. Also conveniently located with a shopping mall at basement. Loved every minute of my stay here and definitley highly recommended.
