Great place to stay in the heart of Gangnam! Ethan greeted us at the front desk, and the entire staff was friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and there are also many local cafes nearby. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area.

I recently stayed at the Oakwood Hotel in Korea, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very convenient, making for an incredibly pleasant stay. Every staff member was polite and helpful, and I want to give a special mention to Lily, who provided such friendly and attentive service that it really made my day. The breakfast was delicious, and my boyfriend and I had a great time using the golf facilities as well. This was our second visit, and we are already looking forward to coming back the next time we are in Korea. Highly recommended!

I left my wallet on the plane. Inside were my documents and money. It wasn’t until I got back to the hotel that I realized it was missing. This made me extremely anxious. Fortunately, I met a very kind receptionist named Lily. She enthusiastically helped me contact the airline to check. Thankfully, it was found. Not only that, she also arranged for my belongings to be sent back to the hotel without anything missing. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Lily and her professionalism, as well as her kindness." Upon entering the hotel building, I was greeted with incredible hospitality. Grateful for Ethan for his kind welcome during the check in process. He was attentive to my family’s needs without me asking. The room is impressively spacious and inviting.

One of the best stays my wife and I have had the pleasure of being a part of. From the first moment we checked in, we really felt taken care of and the attention to detail from all the staff was fantastic! The location.. you cannot beat this. It is literally next to Coex mall, and all the stations around. It is so easy to commute! We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was quite tasty as well. From Korean food to Western options, there was something for everyone. We would like to especially thank Dean, for helping us out when we lost a jacket around the hotel. He was so helpful getting in touch with security and we found it! Truly appreciate all the care from this hotel. My wife and I will definitely come back here again and will only stay at this hotel!
