The Westin Josun Seoul

Mr. Choi Jae Won at Aria provided us with the best service possible today (1/04/2025). His detailed service for taking care of my old parents was incredible. From small things such as preparing for tissues and coffees to big things such as replacing a badly cooked sunny side up egg to new one, he gave us the service we have never experienced. Thanks Mr. Choi!!

Can't say enough about the level of service and hospitality that the hotel extended to our family. We had left a few critical items at home for our toddler son and the staff was very accommodating in helping us with loaner items during our stay in Korea. A big thank you to David and Joon of the bell staff for their superb service and attentiveness. The accommodations were well kept and to lived up to the Westin standard. Food was excellent and top notch. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

I am writing to thank the wonderful staff at the Westin Josun Seoul for their excellent service and warmth. I had originally planned my family stay at the Westin between Seoul and Busan but unfortunately was not able to get train tickets (who knew the Seoul - Busan service was so popular even with the number of services available!). Anyway, the Concierge at the lobby brought me up to the Club floor and Eileen and Lina were very helpful in helping me to change our hotel bookings by cancelling the Busan stay and extending the stay at Seoul with no cancellation charges and at the same room rate as my original booking. They also helped me to purchase train tickets for another day to Busan. Really appreciate the help and patience offered by the hotel team which made my stay at Korea so seamless and memorable! The location of the hotel is also really excellent within walking distance to Namdaemun, Myeongdong markets and shopping malls as well as underground train station.

This stay was nothing short of exceptional, with every detail meticulously attended to. The room was immaculately clean, refreshing and offered all the comforts I could ask for. The staff went above and beyond, always available with genuine smiles and an eagerness to help - with special thanks to Jackson.

This Hotel was excellent from food to service, Rooms were spacious, The Club offered a wide selection of food items to choose from. The location is excellent as it is within walking distance to the day market as well as the night market for all the folks who love to shop, within walking distance to Imperial Palace. I highly recommend this Hotel as it is priced right with excellent Food and Staff are very accommodating as they go out of their way to insure you have a pleasant stay.
