Excellent service, room and common areas, gym and facilities, bakery and restaurants. Upon check-in, Ms. Jane Baik was very helpful to ensure our room and benefits were taken care of, and the same with Ms. Stella Moon who upon checkout was very efficient and kind with making sure we were comfortable in the hotel while awaiting our late night flight. Ms Celine Seo was extremely helpful with recommending a solid Korean beef barbecue restaurant as well as arranging a courier to send my documents. Mr. Jackson from guest services in the lobby was excellent to help us with arranging cars and helping with our many pieces of luggage to and from the lobby. Mr. Dimitri was also helpful all around throughout our stay. Ms. Kim Yeon Seo was very hospitable in the executive lounge to check up on us for drinks and to keep the lounge clean. Finally Mr. Song Hyun Woo from the bakery helped us to customize the strawberry short cake that we bought for a very special birthday. Thank you so very much~!

Had a Monday appointment and decided to come early and stay the weekend. So glad I did! I appreciated the hotel’s location near two subway lines, and the nearby underground passage to Myeongdong. The room was comfy and was stocked with fluffy robes and towels. There was even complimentary lavender balm to promote relaxation. I enjoyed the pool and sauna, as well as the top tier executive lounge. Every staff member was helpful and kind. Lovely stay!

Stayed on the club level, well worth it. Good selection of beverages and snacks. Complimentary happy hour and breakfast is a bonus too! Location itself is great in Myeongdong close to the metro, many other restaurants and attractions. Very suitable for business travellers compared to some of the other hotels in the area. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Mr. Choi Jae Won at Aria provided us with the best service possible today (1/04/2025). His detailed service for taking care of my old parents was incredible. From small things such as preparing for tissues and coffees to big things such as replacing a badly cooked sunny side up egg to new one, he gave us the service we have never experienced. Thanks Mr. Choi!!

Can't say enough about the level of service and hospitality that the hotel extended to our family. We had left a few critical items at home for our toddler son and the staff was very accommodating in helping us with loaner items during our stay in Korea. A big thank you to David and Joon of the bell staff for their superb service and attentiveness. The accommodations were well kept and to lived up to the Westin standard. Food was excellent and top notch. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.
