The Westin Josun Seoul

4th stay at Westin Chosun, service is as impeccable as ever. Would like to give a special shout-out to this tall and well mannered staff, who happened to come out of the revolving door at the right time, at the front entrance on 16th April 2025. He kindly helped me to change won to smaller notes for my cab ride as the cab driver did not have change. He wasted no time and sprung into action fast. Really appreciate it ☺️ In fact from bell hop to reception, service is always lovely. Keep up the good work and excellent service.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at the Westin Chosun Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Ethan Hwang at the front desk was attentive, thoughtful, and made sure that my stay could be as comfortable and relaxing as possible. We have stayed at this hotel annually for several years. While the Westin Chosun Hotel has had a high standard of customer service consistently, we had felt that it slipped slightly for the last few years. However, this year, we had the most incredible experience, even surpassing the quality of all years past. The location of the Westin Chosun Hotel is also prime and located in the heart of Seoul It has easy access to an airport limousine and subway. It is also close to amenities such as the shopping and cultural district. The location and the customer service heavily contribute to why the Westin Chosun Hotel has been recognized as one of best hotels in Seoul.

Fabulous location in the center of everything right there at the corner at our hotel you can go down underneath the streets into a underground shopping center that has knock off purses yeah I said it beautiful Prada and other knockoffs highly recommend. I got wonderful T-shirts and souvenirs plus lovely clothing. And it’s all in the ground right there and then the subway is right there. Seunghyun the Cappuccino maker in breakfast buffet -best cappuccinos wowowoow seriously I’ve traveled the world I’ve lived in Italy. Something about that cappuccino was phenomenal. I seriously cried while drinking my cappuccino eating my delicious pastry even the plain black coffee was amazing. This breakfast buffet was probably up in my top three of traveling around the world. This display was beautiful. The food was delicious. I took photos of Place here. The pastries were magnificent. I’ve already discussed how good the coffee and cappuccino was. The dim sum was lovely four different types. Very very impressed. People have commented on how nice the executive lounge was and I will say yes to that. Bamgoo in executive lounge was so kind and funny for us. And all the ladies at the desk who were so beautiful at the executive lounge were so fun and kind made our stay even better. The food there was delicious for the happy hour. It was a beautiful set up. The kindness and professionalism is fantastic. Lewis door guy. Gave us Great map and directions. So nice and helpful This has been a wonderful housekeeping experience. They even wrapped up our cell phone cords and put a little Ziploc tack so it could be nice and organized for me along with just tidying up so well. I’m very impressed at the service and kindness and helpfulness of this hotel.
