A lovely hotel right in the heart of Seville the staff are super friendly check in is easy great breakfast choice lovely rooms and comfy beds and quite spacious Great cocktail bar valet parking at €36 a day very practical we walked everywhere from the hotel highly recommend if you want the convenience of all the tourist attractions within 15 minutes walk

We were so happy when we arrived at this quaint boutique hotel in Sevilla. We were greeted with fantastic service, our room was perfect and ready. The room was clean. We had breakfast included and the food was excellent. The location of the hotel makes walking anywhere in the city easy and convenient. Would highly recommend.

First and last time at a Melia hotel. Stayed her for 3 nights with my wife and two kids. We had a family room suite on the first floor. When we checked in I requested a room on a higher floor but was told the hotel was “sold out” which was a clear lie since I could see rooms still available online. Upon arriving to the room we noticed it was pretty run down and there was mold all over the bathroom. We decided not to complain but when we went to bed, the bed almost folded in half on us. It was obvious the mattress had not been changed in years. No kids amenities, not even a bath in the room. The next morning we let them know about the mattress before we left for the day. We were told someone would come fix it. When we arrived back at our room that evening, the mattress had not been fixed or replaced. Just as I was about to go back to front desk to let them know we saw a coachroach making himself at home in the living area. That was the last stike for us. I let the front desk know that we would need to change rooms or we would be changing hotels. And, wouldn’t you know it, the hotel magically wasn’t full any more. They moved us to a different room which was equally run down but at least the bed was straight and there weren’t and cockroaches. Overall, VERY disappointing. Would not recommend!

Very enjoyable stay at this hotel for my birthday and I will definitely return. The staff were extremely helpful, especially those serving breakfast. Nice comfortable and light room. Limited choice for vegetarians at the restaurant in the evening.

From the start to end a well enjoyed rounded experience. Smooth check in, followed by a tour the hotel facilities. The suite was well kept with high end amenities. Attention to details is great. Location of the hotel is excellent. Concierge helped us organize a couple of trips and was very helpful. Check out was smooth and above all staff was super friendly.
