Small issues make big reason not to stay
Issues with the hotel: 1. Menu in room states food served until 11pm, reception says 9pm and refuse you bringing in outside food for “hygiene reasons”, simply told me to order tomorrow?! 2. Take 8,000 off your card on arrival without even telling you, just asked for a card for extras, which is standard, charging several hundred pounds and more than your total stay is not. 3. It’s been 8 days since I stayed and I am due a refund for the difference between the 8,000 taken and the amount of my stay, hotel not replying and no refund given It’s a nice hotel, just let down but staff and process / policies

Superb Shanghai
This is a wonderful hotel, with all best facilities, rooms big and spacious excellent shower and bathroom amenities good air conditioning the staff are adorable and try to help in any possible way. Breakfast restaurant excellent the food was very good and something for every nationality. Small downside hotel 15mins walk to nearest metro station but taxi's extremely cheap in Shanghai

Excellent hotel
Rooms are very spacy, with a great view of the city from above, of course not located near to the main attractions. You have to walk aroung 12 to 15 minutes to the next underground station. The brekafast is a very good highlight and you hav many different options according to yout taste.

Nice place
Quick check-in, quite mordern decoration, efficient room service, it was really a nice place. The tower is the highest in that zone, so I loved not only the view through the French window but also the feeling you could do verything.

Very good service
The hotel is located a bit outside city center. But it's not too far by subway. Room is very large, comfort and clean. Gym is very large. Breakfast and lunch are delicious and varieties of food. Staff is kind and polite.
