The Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Pudong

I had an incredible experience thanks to the outstanding service provided by Sales Emmy! From the moment I arrived, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and truly cared about making my visit special. The attention to detail and the warm hospitality made all the difference. Whether it was answering my questions, offering great recommendations, or simply making me feel welcome, Emmy’s professionalism stood out. I highly recommend this place, and if you have the chance, ask for Sales Emmy—you won’t be disappointed! Can’t wait to return!

The process of check in was very slow. I arrived after 15.00 and the room was not ready. I was waiting at reception around 15 minutes. I think my room need to be already renovated for this money that I was paying this is not good view and room condition. At gym and swimming pool area they have been missing sleepers and I have to wear shoes with wet leg after sauna. This is I think not a level of Ritz Carlton.

Had the most incredible experience! Crystal, Daisy and Ivy made my experience even more unforgettable with their outstanding hospitality and thoughtfulness. It was an absolute pleasure staying with them. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone and will definitely return soon!

My mom and I spent a week staying in the Ritz Carlton Pudong around Lunar New Year. This Ritz is our go-to hotel in Shanghai, with amazing views of the Pearl Tower and the Huangpu River and exceptional hospitality by the hotel staff. Sara from the Guest Recognition department has been so attentive throughout our stay. She took care of several nuances for us without hesitation. On New Year's Eve, she came to decorate our hotel room to get it ready for the New Year's Day. Sara is a true example of going above and beyond in taking care of hotel guests. The staff at the club lounge are the best, especially Claire, who gave great recommendations of local attractions and places to visit. The cleaning staff for our room, Li Nie, is so hard working and attentive to details. Overall, we enjoyed our stay tremendously and will be back when visiting Shanghai again.

Stay with my mother to celebrate her birthday with Ritz. The stay was extremely fantastic with friendly staff, good service and excellent view of Shanghai. The location was amazing near the great shopping mall and metro. The staff made the individualized card for my mother. So sweet!
