Revisited four seasons SZ as we had good stay there. Obviously, great stay again. Especially, Miley, who is working in an executive lounge, was very professional. Even though it was my second visit, she remembered and greeted us. She explained all the services at executive lounge and tried her best to fit our favors. Thanks to her, we had a perfect stay and we will definitely revisit four seasons SZ again.

My hands are shaking as I write this review - I'm utterly disappointed at four seasons because of what happened. I had wedding at the Four Seasons Shenzhen on Sept 29th, 2024. After the banquet when guests started to experience symptoms like vomiting, diarrhea the same night and then high fever, stomach pain, and headache. We suspect that the oysters served during the banquet may have been the cause since guests that felt unwell all had oysters that night. Elderly guests including my grandmother 92 years of age experienced severe symptoms, which made me extremely concerned and disappointed. We provided them the list of unwell guests and they attempted to call a few of them, and then there was no update after that...and the representative is on vacation now so I'm not sure who's going to deal with the case? Is this how Four Seasons handle such a tragic incident? Their attitude has been terrible - They seemed completely unbothered by the situation, showing no signs of remorse. During our calls, they became defensive rather than apologetic, focusing on justifications instead of expressing regret. They even tried to blame it on us that our guests might be allergic to oysters?? like what? A lot of our unwell guests came from overseas including Canada, US, Taiwan, etc. and they had to visit the hospital, reschedule their flights, extend their hotel stays,... it was just a mess. As a groom, I feel so embarrassed that my overseas friends and family had to experience this. The terrible attitude and the LACK of attempt to resolve this issue is making us very disappointed... We don't believe at this point that Four Seasons Shenzhen will make an effort in resolving this issue, hoping the issue would simply die down without resolution. If Four Seasons continues with the same attitude when dealing with serious customer concerns, the future looks bleak for this hotel chain.

My first stay with four seasons and was wowed by the hospitality and the general cheerfulness of the polished service. Smiles are everywhere and really lift of the mood in an otherwise business-heavy atmosphere. Looking forward to more four seasons in the future

I just returned from a 4D3N stay at this property and can confidently say that the service rendered to my family and I was simply out of this world. I stayed at a Deluxe Suite and my in-laws booked the Grand Four Seasons room - both were very clean and spacious and offered wonderful views of Futian city below. Let me dive right into it - the service here is something else. I mentioned to the hotel that I have a 6month old and they provided me with a very spacious baby crib - it felt like a baby suite if I may say so! They also provided me with a Philips Avent steriliser which could accommodate 5 bottles, a bottle warmer, a mini bathtub which included a temperature indicator and baby soaps. As a parent, this makes life so much more easier. The hotel oozes class when it comes to providing guests with best in class service. I’ve stayed at various hotels chains including the Oberoi, Ritz, St Regis, Aman, Mandarin Oriental etc - all of which have excellent service but this place was just a cut above from the rest. No request, no matter how silly at whatever ungodly hour went unattended. Staff made it a point to ensure that we were comfortable at all times. My parents had to fly out early after breakfast and the hotel staff packed warm buns for them to take to the airport - we didn’t for this but its the little things like this that make you feel appreciated and we cannot thank the staff enough. Special thanks to Susan at the front desk/reception who greeted us and took care of us during the check-in process. Cathay and Melody from Foo restaurant where breakfast was served - thank you for providing us with a comfortable space each time which included space for our baby stroller & for checking in on us continuously to ensure we had everything we needed. Lastly, thank you to Lucky from Zhuo Yue Xuan restaurant who looked after us during dinner as a family. Shout out to William who is the executive chef from Foo for also checking in on us daily to ensure we were well-fed. You are all fantastic and the Four Seasons brand is fortunate to have staff like you.
