Four Seasons Hotel Shenzhen

The location : This place is Great, next to the MTR and malls with great choice of food, shops and even Supermarket. Within the 15mins of walking you can have a good varieties of mall, even to popular COCO park. Room Size : is a Spacious 30m++ which choice of pillow and good choice of toileteries plus a tub. The view from the room is ok, not great but the comfort of the spacious toilet, automated Bidet with seat warmer makes the stay alot more comfortable in winter days Service by Staff : Extremely helpful, goes all the way to check online,for me the places i can get a Labubu cake. When i was just asking if they happened to know where can i find that Labubu cake. Satff at the Cafe, Bernies and Cathy at the cafe is very friendly/ has a great smile and remember me by name when i comes back to stay in this hotel the 3rd time. They took efford to introduced to me the choice of food for the breakfast selection. When they notice i was having a little discomfort in my voice, they offer me a pot of "Pear+red dates+ Rock sugar tea" which is good for throat Overall stay is a great experience, my hotel of choice if i goes to Shenzhen

Stayed in the signature room with extra bed for 3 nights. Extra bed is free for the child . It was good value since they have promotion stay 3 nights and pay 2 . Room very spacious. Service very good . Food is very good at the Japanese and Chinese restaurants. Breakfast was sublime . Bed very comfortable . The hotel is close to malls and museum . The desk in the room is also very big if you need to do some work before going out to sightseeing .

They called days ahead before check in to understand what are the needs from me, I mentioned anniversary. Great service at check in they were polite and escorted us to the elevator. Well prepared roses in vase and one at tub. Good swimming pool indoor and jacuzzi just that the pool cannot be access direct but via floor 8 down to 7. Great breakfast buffet and staff shown caring by asking coffee refill, and offered suggestions when I was picking my pastries.

Another great stay in our number 1 hotel in Shenzhen. We spent 2 nights over the Chinese New year. Not crowded at all; enjoyed our stay very much. Impeccable service from the team. Love the welcome platter in a CNY festive style. Thank you the guest relation team. Max at the club lounge deserves a special credit. She was outstanding by offering caring and attentive service. Club lounge is a very chilled place to spend our evening, nice food selection with impressive service. Max is the only staff member I've noticed so far who rememberes our names. My personal opinion, concierge team on the G/F needs a little push on the service standard comparing with the club lounge and the front desk teams. We had a wonderful 2 days gateway.

The Chinese restaurant is very nice, we were greeted by the executive chef and the dishes he recommended are so nice. And the environment is nice and spacious, great for all kind of gatherings, family, business, celebrations, etc Highly recommend the 叉燒 char-siu.
