The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen

The room was very large and clean with a regal feeling of the early 2000's. Very well kept for the most part except one of the electrical ports was not holding a charge. The washroom was very large and the bath tub in front of the window as very picturesque. The staff are very friendly and do their best to accomodate and assist you. Overall, a lovely stay in the middle of Shenzhen in the Futian district. Would recommend to others.

I traveled with my 2 children for a couple of days to Shenzhen during the Golden Week Holidays in China to explore the City. We choose the Ritz for our visit and it was very good decision. The location is perfect to explore the city having some attractions close by and the Metro just a steps away. The room and the facilities of the hotel are high standard even including a nice outdoor pool. The best experience however we got at the Club launch since we booked Club Floor. The staff in the club floor was outstanding and beyond my expectation. On the first night we arrived after the club hours but we still got a special meal prepared for us. During the stay my son had his birthday and the whole team organised a little cake, wrote a birthday card and wished him a Happy Birthday. They also prepared my children favoured dishes and really amazing. I can only recommend to book the Club Floor because the offer of service, food and beverages throughout the day is very good and the view in the evening is fantastic. Thank you Ritz and we a wonderful time.

Excellent care and service provided by the team in every detail. This was my second time coming to this hotel. The service was better and better. I would like to thank Zeke, Annie, Mandy, Erin, the call center, swimming pool staff, and the bell team. Although there was a minor issue happened in the room during the stay, the overall experience was super comfort. We will be back again definitely.

Very impressed with the service at Ritz Carlton. There’s always someone around to assist you. Stayed for two nights at the junior suite and I have never seen a bigger bed in my life! Looks like two queen size beds combined. They are very generous with the amenities and multiple bottles of water which we appreciated. Nice view from the bathroom as well! We had a late lunch after checking in. The quality of the food is very good and generous portions. The Breakfast buffet was also good - took a while to figure out where the Dimsum is, it’s behind the sauces from the noodle station. Freshly squeezed juices available in multiple flavors - another nice touch. Location is also very convenient. About a 10 min walk to coco park which is a huge shopping and dining complex. Concierge team is excellent. We emailed and asked for help booking a couple of restaurants and they went out of their way to help us. Thanks Dorothy! Overall very impressed with the ritz Carlton! Highly recommend to everyone. Would love to stay again.

The Ritz-Carlton Shenzhen is the best hotel in town, and I would highly recommend booking a room with Club Lounge access, as the service was excellent and really enhanced my stay. Special thanks to Fiona and Jenny for looking so well after me. The Club Lounge had an excellent food & beverages selection and it was a peaceful place to relax or to get some work done. Concierge desk was very helpful and I enjoyed the limousine service provided by the hotel.
