Park Hyatt Siem Reap provides world class service. One that is personal and attentive. Staff are so friendly and remember guests. Each time we provide a feedback, we can tell the staff were genuine and make changes according to our needs. Special thanks to Rorou, the concierge, who gives good advise on places to visit. Also, the Kavi, the F&B director, for being so attentive. Last but not the least, Sugizaki-san, who has a touch of magic on the cuisine. Each dish was absolutely flavourful and umami. Park Hyatt has a key part to play in giving us a feel of home.

Fantastic location. Amazing staff always available to enhance your experience. They remembered our names. They are beautiful, gracious and grateful to have us with them. Special shout out to Chy and Panhapich. We will miss their morning greeting. Rooms were fantastic and the food was delicious. The hotel offered a free Tuk Tuk ride. Mr. Toro spent 1.5 hrs showing us his beautiful city with pride. He provided great information. I would definitely recommend the Park Hyatt.

I only stayed briefly, so only ate breakfast there but it was a very pleasant room with plenty of space and very comfortable beds. The breakfast had lots of choice , nowhere near as much as the Park Hyatt in Saigon but still very good. The pool area was really good, you could have your own little alcove to sit or lie down with a fan overhead to keep you cool.

The hotel staff warmly greeted us with smiles on their faces wherever we encountered them throught the grounds and facilities. They were courteous and most helpful to make our stay very enjoyable. The food and service was exceptional! Highly recommended.
