Four Seasons Hotel Singapore

I did some work there recently and had an exquisite lunch. The decor of pool house is giving lavish and extortionate ambience. I am bonkers in love with the selection of maroon and green plants elevating the timeless classic. Well to top it all off, the hospitality from Franco Johnson and Kim Gomez is something that I cannot stop raving about. They are the superstar by acing the attention to details. In other words, the chef there curated a world-class cuisine, you might want to savour slow-roasted salmon. I score the yuzu-soy cream an 11/10. I will swing by more often after this.

We loved Four Seasons in Singapore very much. The best location in the most beautiful neighborhood. We pretty much could walk everywhere, also we used the subway every day - the station is only 3 min away. Beautiful rooms with a great view. But what makes this hotel so special is that the most caring people work here! So since we stayed for 7 nights, the list of people that we would like to thank is pretty large. First of all we would like to thank Pure at the reception for being extremely helpful and professional and making our stay flawless! Also Nadia and Deborah at the concierge for all their recommendations, and Jeff from housekeeping (he was always most helpful!). Very special thank you to Anne at One-ninety restaurant. She took care of us with the rest of the wonderful staff! Thank you Aziz, Jermaine, Andy, Farhan, Oakley, Summer and of course the chef and everyone in the kitchen for all the special food they made every single day for my son with severe allergies! Actually the breakfast buffet was extremely good! We had the best time in Singapore and can’t recommend this hotel enough!

I would personally like to praise Ms. Jilian Ng for her excellent work and arrangements, which made my trip went smoothly and blissful. Highly recommend whatever you're travel with family or a business trip, they will hear you and fulfill your needs as possibly can.

From the moment of arrival to the moment of departure, the entire service staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, attentive and supportive. I'd like to give a special 'shout out' to Vivien Lee, Director of Customer Experience and entire staff; however, specific appreciations also for: Jomaica, Chris Chen, Kenneth Yeo, Man Hong, Mervin and Nasrin. This was a true five-star experience at the Four Seasons!

The wow factor is not there but the staff are the wow. So friendly and helpful. The club lounge and breakfast were of a high quality and food hot unlike many hotels. Location was a short stroll to Orchard rd Rooms although nothing luxurious were comfortable. 10/10 for staff
