We love the food and service at the Nobu restaurant of the Four Seasons. This is the third time we have been here and the standard of food and service are consistent. The Miso Black Cod is a must try item on the menu. The special tart available only for celebrations is amazing!

Beautiful trip for our memories. Booked in Four Seasons during a local Singapore house move. They knew in advance that we will have our small dog with us. Once we checked in we were bowled over that they had prepared a customize towel with his name on it and had prepared a bed, food and water bowls for him. In the room there was a special menu that he could order from as well as in the cafe

Superb experience and great service. The place to stay in Singapore. Not the newest hotel in Singapore but if you’re looking for real luxury and hospitality, it’s the hotel. Facilities are top notch as well including restaurants and bar. Superb

Location: The Four Seasons Singapore is a modern luxury hotel just off Orchard Road and near an MTR station. There is a hill to climb in the couple minute walk from the MTR, which was not a problem for me - but I did notice an older couple struggling. Personally, I have a marginal preference for staying in the CBD, but the MTR makes travel anywhere in Singapore a breeze. Service: In spite of its size, I was consistently afforded a very personalized experience in all encounters with staff and managers - and on par with my experiences with other Four Seasons properties around the world. The morning hostess (Anne) remembered my name and preferred table location after my first breakfast. The concierge team was very responsive to my requests from California, including a very unique request regarding purchasing Peranakan porcelain. The spa massage from Yian Ling was the finest that I ever had, and certainly made the long journey home more bearable. The staff/managers were very responsive to the two minor issues identified. I received a personal note from room service explaining why my charging cord was placed a certain way. While unnecessary, it was a nice touch. Facilities: There is a Nobu restaurant on the third floor. I enjoyed the spa and the fitness area. In America, I belong to Equinox gyms and found the fitness facilities on par with what I would find at Equinox. The showers in the spa area are particularly helpful for those arriving before their room is available or those with a late-night flight after checking out. The room was spacious and modern, and I received an upgrade. I am not certain if this was because I am a regular guest at Four Seasons, or if it was the Amex booking, or possibly both. Recommendations for Singapore: If you are interested in British colonial history, visit the Former Ford Factory. It is where the British surrendered to the Japanese at the start of WWII. If you like classical music, attend a concert at the colonial-era Victoria Concert Hall or an outdoor concert on the lawn of the impressive Raffles Hotel. In December, I heard a brass quintet from the Singapore Symphony Orchestra play Christmas music at Raffles. Concerts at Raffles are not frequent. Bring a blanket and a picnic. Finally, for those adventurous, I tried wakeboarding for the first time at Singapore Wake Park - and had a blast. You are pulled by cables. Conclusion: You cannot go wrong with any hotel in Singapore. The service received over the years at various properties is first-rate. Still, my vacation stay at FS Singapore was excellent and they have earned my future business. While ratings are inherently subjective, I find it hard to believe that this property has a Singapore TripAdvisor rating of only 49 out of 352. My experience at FS Singapore would suggest a much higher rating.

I did some work there recently and had an exquisite lunch. The decor of pool house is giving lavish and extortionate ambience. I am bonkers in love with the selection of maroon and green plants elevating the timeless classic. Well to top it all off, the hospitality from Franco Johnson and Kim Gomez is something that I cannot stop raving about. They are the superstar by acing the attention to details. In other words, the chef there curated a world-class cuisine, you might want to savour slow-roasted salmon. I score the yuzu-soy cream an 11/10. I will swing by more often after this.
