Excellent Location
Loved the room, renovated spa, adults pool and executive lounge access. The location of the hotel is also very special for those seeking a central touristy location; within walking distance to the main attraction points in orchard. I expected the hotel to be old given its 30 years old, but I didnt feel so at all. Four seasons is always a good choice.

Always the best! Stay here always
I missed the four seasons Singapore! Another amazing and marvelous stay at this hotel. Service was excellent. The always reliable Muz and Waney handled all my restaurant reservations well in advance! The bellmen especially Azli and Sukor were very helpful and perfect! Jumain too very good care of me as always and he said he missed me too! Our check in was seamless because of Pure! And I was so honored and touched to be recognized and personally thanked by the Director of Rooms Cara! I also missed Ronald at the pool and he was so happy to see me. I love Ronald because he takes good care of us at the pool with towels and water and fruit snacks.The hotel also prepared a welcome snack for us and my son. I also loved the Laksa at the hotel bar when I had a late dinner at 10:30pm. The Filipino bartender was very efficient and welcomed me. I will always come back to this hotel.

Exceptional experience
The staff were exceptional, friendly, welcoming and super helpful. From the front of house always welcoming us home (by name, which was impressive) to the staff remember what we liked for breakfast and the lovely person who cleaned our room leaving us thoughtful notes when making things so lovely and easy for us in our room.

Beautiful place to stay.
First class hotel in quiet part of town, but short walk to Orchard Rd Lovely large room with excellent facilities and bathroom. Pool on top level with magnificent views. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Good breakfast with multiple selections available. Can’t fault this hotel.
