Great views, perfect bed and bedding, quiet and with good facilities. Centrally located and next door to the famous Atlas building/bar and having on the 39th floor their own Mr Stork bar. You can enjoy from there 360 degrees views of the city.

The room was big and spacious and had a beautiful view of Haji Lane and environs. Everything at the hotel, from food (breakfast was delicious and had plenty of options), the room was so clean, the staff ( so lovely, warm and helpful) I’d go back again and again.

As good as it gets. The breakfast choices (THREE rooms) will blow you away. The variety and quality is unmatched. Our room was outstanding. The staff was excellent. My only complaint was a need to receive better directions if taking the subway to get there. I'm sure most that can afford to stay there take a taxi, but we like public transportation and it worked GREAT until the last 100 yards. So, be sure to learn the details if you choose that route.

This is a very nice high-end luxury hotel. I would have given it 5 stars before we stayed at Singapore's Marina Bay Sands, and this hotel is in the top 10 of all that we've stayed at. Rooms were clean, quiet, with items in the mini-bar included at no extra charge. My wife loved the infinity pool- a 25 meter pool that was great for lap swimming. One drawback is there was no hottub. The room did have a fantastic deep soaking bathtub which I loved. Their breakfast buffet was one of the top 5 that we ever experienced, with cook to order eggs, a european style bread selection, and a great fresh fruit selection, along with several other ethnic specific items ( including baked beans for the Brits). Great location for walking around Singapore, and we loved our stay here.

Subpar guest services and unprofessional staffs. 1. A staff came into my room without knocking and waiting for me to open the door. 2. TV didn't work and had to change the room on my 2nd day. 3. No help when changing the room. I had to pack everything, go down to the front, get a new key, and carry my luggage to the new room. When a similar incident happened in another hotel in a different city, the hotel brought me a new key for the new room and offered to help moving my luggage. Overall, subpar experience from a 5 star hotel.
