A nice modern hotel with helpful staff
A lovely modern hotel near the centre of town with very helpful staff. My only caveat would be that if you know Singapore well you might prefer to be on Marina Bay for the nightlife but for a quick overnight stay or to explore the city it’s ideal.

Boring hotel
Not recommended for a honeymoon stay, didn’t received any special attention and the hotel feels like a business hotel. They also don’t have a US adapter available. And staff at the hotel entrance appeared to be lazy and inattentive at times.Shower was also hard to operate. I am a huge fan of Hyatt hotels but this one is definitely at the bottom of my list.

Dissapointed repeat customer (Explorist)
An expensive 5 star hotel but asking customer to fill up filtered tab water? Not even a single bottle of water in the room. I am an explorist and I stayed in many Andaz and hyatt. For the price I paid this is a ripoff, I cancel my upcoming reservation and will more to Grand Hyatt Singapore.

Service Above and Beyond
Service at this hotel was phenomenal. We were using the hotel as an overnight transit and we were disappointed we didn’t stay longer. As we checked in, they asked about our return flight, looked up the departure terminal, and made return taxi reservations. Since we were leaving before the breakfast was open, they offered to make to-go boxes which were ready for us the next morning! Staff truly cared and were welcoming. The infinity pool was fantastic as was the view at the rooftop restaurant.

One step away from the city
Andaz Singapore is situated in the center of the city, just above the MRT, easy to go anywhere even by walk. His young modern style interior, nice infinity swimming pool, rooftop bar offered a complete experience. The team is very friendly and always ready to help. I loved the breakfast. Recommended
