Great Experience
The hotel is close to shops and restaurants (near Bugis Junction), hotel room is spacious, nice and clean. Like the idea of free drinks and snacks in the hotel room, free flip flops, free water bottles to take home and free drinks at lobby. Hotel staff is nice and helpful.

The staff was so friendly. The room was lovely with a nice view. We also ate at the restaurant and had a wonderful meal with another great city view. The crabcakes were fantastic! This will be our hotel of choice on our next visit to Singapore!!

Best hotel experience in Singapore
The hotel was new and modern, nice design and clean facilities. The room was spacious and the bed was huge connecting two double beds. Exceptional service - one staff recognized me not being well and brought honey lemon water. Will definitely come back!

Andaz in Singapore
Beautiful hotel in a really convenient/nice location (walking distance to many cool places). The staff were friendly and accommodating, they let us check into our rooms early which we were so incredibly grateful for as we had been traveling the full night and were exhausted upon arrival. The early check in allowed us to get a couple hours of sleep which was amazing. This early check in which Andaz graciously offered us combined with the very nice decor/layout of the rooms made it an amazing stay which I would highly recommend. My only minor feedback is that I wish I opted out of the daily breakfast buffet, it is pretty expensive, has strict hours and after a day of dining it's a repeated menu (we were there 3 nights, so after first night we wanted to go out to eat). The other minor issue that contributed to me removing a star -- the rooms have a complicated lighting situation and our final night, the light switches failed to turn off the lights in one of our rooms. We had to wake up at 5:30 AM and the lighting issue wasn't resolved until half past midnight -- they had to call a technicial who essentially had to reboot the system. I would stay here again and recommend it to others with a couple minor tips to improve your stay.
