Fantastic location. Team in the Gold Lounge were amazing. Lovely pool area. Comfortable rooms.
My husband and I needed a complete switch off and pamper as it has been a very stressful 14 months. We enjoyed the pool area every day. The gym looked great but in the end we just used the pool. Our room was very comfortable with great views. Sam and his team in the Gold Lounge were amazing. We were looked after extremely well. Their attention to detail was outstanding and we were made to feel so welcome. Thank you Sam, Simon, Hamza, Jeremiah, James, Jess, June, Auntie Nancy & Sally. We look forward to forward to returning to the Fairmont in the future!

Wonderful stay at Fairmont hotel singapore, excellent hospitality, cleanliness and services. Special appreciation to Mr. robert whose kindness and joyous spirit definitely feel the hotel was home! The hotel location is nice as it has access to shopping mall with variety of cafe options

Hands-down the best customer service experience a hotel can offer!
Exceptional customer service day-after-day of our stay! From the smooth check in process to the wonderful “royal service” (including a pillow concierge) from Navanee our stay started off spectacularly well. The memorable, first-class Gold Lounge (yes, it’s a “must” upgrade) with excellent service from Sam, Ham, Zhiqi, James, and June this stay was one we won’t soon forget. In fact, it was so good we decided to come back for our 2 nights in between travel to other countries. Highly recommended hotel from a discerning traveler! Michelle

Room and services
Check-in rather slow. Lobby layout setting - awkward, tight, not welcoming. Aircon a bit weak in room. Sofa chair can't rest properly as low back rest. Bad for posture. Furnishings - comfy feeling. Operator quick to respond. Housekeeping/Vamshi very friendly and fast at his work.

Excellent service and facilities
The hotel is smart, welcoming and the facilities are excellent. The location is perfect. The rooms are beautifully decorated in subtle taupes and dark wood, with floor to ceiling sliding windows to bring in the stunning views of the city. The hotel restaurants are very good but if you fancy something more casual, the mall adjoins with even more options. We were in a Fairmont Gold room with access to the Gold lounge. The breakfast in the lounge was excellent; there is also a choice of 2 other places open until 11 am with a large choice of eastern or western style food . We were particularly impressed with the staff who go out of their way to help you enjoy your stay. To name just a few of these : James, Simon, Zhi Qi, Hamzah, Yani and Alan. ( you are all great ambassadors for Fairmont)
