Fairmont Singapore

We choose this hotel because of its location and were not disappointed. We booked through virtuoso so we got early check-in/late to check out, room upgrade, breakfast, and a room credit. We arrived at 6 AM and were able to check in immediately. We got a double upgrade., albeit to the older tower, but with a view. The room was spacious with a balcony but a little bit outdated. Still everything was clean and OK. We enjoyed a pretty good breakfast at Prego restaurant and spend our room credit on drinks at the bar at the Swissotel. So it might not be the fanciest hotel in town., but we got a good deal and location was very good for getting around, either by foot or with an Uber

The overall service experience was excellent and seamless. Navanee the runner at fairmont did a fantastic job. He engages in pleasant conversations making it personable while also delivering an amazing service experience based on the guest’s preferences. Whilst he stood out the whole experience was really good.

My sister and I stayed at the Fairmont hotel and we were greeted by Vamshi, the runner. Vamshi was very friendly, helpful and assisted to our requests. We would be recommend the hotel to others looking to stay in Singapore. Regards, Shameema

Disappointing stay for a fairmont brand. I noted that we were having a stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary during reservation but there was no acknowledgement of it throughout our stay, from check in to check out. Check in reception was robotic and on auto pilot, perhaps too tired from long shifts. No upgrade to marina Bay view as a Platinum even when rooms were available a day earlier. No acknowledgement of our celebration. Room given was city view and in the south tower, newly renovated. No welcome letter in the room or even anything to acknowledge our special occasion. Cake and fruits given but this is the norm for platinum status. On the way out for dinner, we informed them that the air-conditioning was warm and also the lack of acknowledgement/letter. He apologized, went to check and asked if I wanted the letter now. Not even a congratulations. Pros - early check-in 1pm and late check-out 2pm given Recommend to book Swissotel (same owner) instead for Platinum and above members. Gets upgraded to marina bay view as a platinum, taller building so better view and lounge access. Recent review also shows very nice touch from housekeeping team for their wedding anniversary celebration. All facilities are shared - gym, pool, spa, breakfast.

Amazing stay! We have stayed in Fairmont Singapore many times, due to the excellent service, impeccable cleanliness, and great location. We thank you all the staff there that has made our stay also feel so special. Will come back for more and more 🥰🙏🏻🙏🏻
