Fairmont Singapore

Just completed 5 nights in a Deluxe Balcony room. A fantastic stay for the most part, with the room being quite large and we really liked the automation. A special shout out to housekeeping which was exceptional. Kiki looked after us so well and she is an asset to the hotel. Had some great meals at Prego, Clove and The Eight during our stay. All the staff are very friendly, many going out of their way to say hello and make you feel welcome. The only negative to speak of really is the pool area. The pool and the surrounds are actually great, it’s the policies the hotel employs that are not. I am not sure why the hotel decided that extending an invite to third parties to run water aerobics sessions at the pool was a great idea, with the blaring music and loud instructor. Add to that kids everywhere with their noodles running riot, this is the not the pool area if you want quiet and peaceful relaxation. Simply keeping the pool for house guests only, and assigning one pool for kids and one for adults would work best but they have no interest in doing that. For this reason we won’t return. A shame, because the rest of the hotel is 5 star.

Absolutely stunning hotel, you could not fault the service. Room was always spotless, and I know as I was the assistant director of housekeeping at 5 star hotel in Perth. It really was a pleasure staying at the hotel, and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Singapore. Oh and the Singapore sling at the pool area are fantastic

This spa is wonderful. Kelly was so attentive to my needs and focused on all the right areas. I highly recommend the spa and Kelly. Overall atmosphere is very pleasant. Products are high quality. Go and experience all facets. Thank you Kelly

Large hotel above the City Hall MRT station provided the perfect location for our 7 night stay. Our room on level 24 was large and clean with lots of storage areas. We had access to the lounge on level 25, and were looked after by Jesthony, Hamzah, Jeremiah and Yani who were all so friendly. Jesthony & Hamzah - thank you for the lovely chocolate birthday cake!! The nightly canapes, cocktails and wines were plentiful and freeflowing. We mostly had our breakfast at Prego which was at times chaotic, but had a huge selection of Western and Asian foods.

As a beginner, I was very curious to know if this will be difficult or painful for me, but Mookde made sure to calm me and ensure that it is very safe and can tune based on requirement. Very understanding and informative session. She helped to answer many questions related to various body pains which i had in the past and also provided solutions for it. I took the body scrub and Aromatherapic relaxation massage and was a really nice experience. I Highly recommend Mookde to have a good massage experience.
