The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore

The food was great and the place is pretty. The staff here was nice, helpful and they even offer to help us take pictures. As it is our anniversary, they offer to print out the image and give it to us as a gift. This is a super sweet gesture to us and we really loves it.

We held our corporate year end party for ~60 people at Fullerton Bay's La Brasserie and it was exceptional in every way. Spectacular beautiful venue with a real wow factor. Excellent customer service from Amy in the run up as we organised menu, drinks, table plan, etc. First class service on the night from Alan and his team. Most importantly, the food and drinks were unbeatable from the seafood on ice to the welcome bubbles! This year's party will be impossible to beat! A huge thank you again to all at La Brasserie and Fullerton Bay!

We celebrated our anniversary at La Brasserie and were served by Esther. It was a pleasant experience, as Esther ensured our table was well taken care of and provided excellent menu recommendations. To make the occasion even more special, we received a slice of cake to celebrate our anniversary, along with a card featuring a printed photo of us. Overall, we were very satisfied with our first visit.

Esther gave us a wonderful experience for our anniversary celebration at La Brasserie. Food was amazing and ambience was very peaceful and enjoyable. I had my dinner at La Brasserie to use my dining credits I got as an in-house guest at Fullerton Hotel. In terms of service, we were well served by Esther who gave her 100% attention to our needs! She also gave us complimentary green tea because of the beef not meeting our doneness request. I had the Octopus and bouillabaisse. Both were great, the octopus was soft with a suitable char, and the bouillabaisse had a delightful seafood flavour. I had the Black Onyx Tenderloin and Hokkaido Scallops for our mains. The tenderloin came in slightly overcooked (about medium) when I asked for medium rare. It was still soft but slightly dry. The scallops were perfectly cooked, done outside but still kept raw inside, overall it was soft as I hoped it would be! The Lavender creme brûlée was really small for what it costed ($18++), and honestly wasn’t up to my standard.
