The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Hotel is nice, with excellent service. The view from our room, the rooftop pool and the Lantern restaurant is beautiful. If there were any small things in Lantern to improve, they were resolved to our satisfaction.

Located directly at the bay, with magnificent views from the rooftop, the hotel‘s location is perfect as a starting point for excursions in all areas of Singapore. The staff is always friendly and very helpful, breakfast is fantastic, food, service, selection and the Brasserie makes you want to indulge every bite, enjoying the view over the bay. Rooms are very comfortable and spacious, the rooftop pool is wonderful and the water is perfectly tempered. As opposed to other hotels in the vicinity, it‘s much smaller and still large enough to catch the metropolitan vibes. Very much recommended.

Went to La Brasserie for dinner to celebrate a birthday and was served by Esther and Alan. Wonderful experience throughout the night, food was filling and delicious, service was great. Alan made special arrangements for us to bring in our own slice of cake and even gave us a personalised gift, a polaroid! And Esther was constantly checking in on us, making sure everything was ok. 10/10 would recommend.

Presidential suite amazingly beautiful views, spotless, clean, decor exquisite. Staff friendly. However I was doubled billed. Despite telling the lady at check out that my bank app had already deducted a 5 figure sum, as this was a prepaid arrangement by far east, she explained this was necessary. I complied. Few day’s later I noted via my bank app that I was doubly billed. My first thoughts is minor mistakes happen, write an email to clarify. No response. So I drove down after to the check in desk and was told they cannot review my case there as they need to check with accounts but said they will get back to me. Few days later still no answer and I went down to the front desk again, and no answer. I requested to see the manager and same no answer. Mercifully, the next day an assigned staff called acknowledged the billing error and asked for a few days for reversal. This was finally executed smoothly. I am not impressed by the response which falls short of service standards of other 5star established hotels which I am grateful to enjoy. Certainly not close to presidential

This hotel is set apart from many others by its customer service! They are the most helpful staff I have ever met and they are so attentive you feel like royalty. The location is great and the rooms are nice but the staff are what make this hotel special. We have a premier room number 408 and although this room is not advertised as a bay view room the balcony enables you to see most of the bay including the various evening lights shows which is amazing and very unexpected. Last night we dined in the roof top bar Lantern which is fabulous and the pool looks amazing but not tried it yet.
