The Fullerton Hotel Singapore exceeded all expectations during my 9-day stay. The atmosphere was inviting, and the room was tastefully decorated, providing a perfect retreat. The bathroom was spacious, and the Japanese toilet was a delightful surprise. Additionally, the balcony was impressively large and beautiful, offering a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the view. Breakfast was a feast for the senses, featuring a wide range of options from local delicacies to international favorites. The yogurts were particularly delicious, and the local coffee was a standout. Cleanliness is clearly a priority at this hotel. The sauna and swimming pool were both spotless and well-kept, enhancing my relaxation experience. What truly made my stay memorable was the staff's exceptional service. Everyone was friendly and eager to help, with a special shout-out to Mr. Shawn Tan for his kindness. After such a wonderful experience, leaving The Fullerton Hotel was tough, and I can't wait to return!

The Fullerton Hotel is just class with history. Great positioning for all landmarks around the Marina Bay. Hopper bus stops outside for convenience to see all of this incredible City-state. The rooms are Fabulous and please check out the heated toilet with cleaning and drying function. The professional, polite and super friendly staff are what make this hotel a really memorable experience. Concierge Zain was exceptional in helping me find my husband and charging my phone. Nothing is too much trouble. We have always wanted to travel to Singapore 🇸🇬 we now want to return. Definitely to this superb hotel. The decorations everywhere for Christmas was beautiful. Thank you for a great experience.

This was our first time in Singapore and therefore our first stay in the Fullerton. We stayed in the Straights Club. Although this is more expensive, I would highly recommend it. The champagne breakfast and the cocktails in the afternoon alone are worth the extra money. The staff were outstanding. I would have to single out Ryan in particular as being super helpful. The location of the hotel is absolutely brilliant as you are in the centre of everything. In fact in colonial days all distances in Singapore were measured from the front door of the hotel . When visiting Singapore, this place is absolutely fantastic. The friendly staff create a welcoming atmosphere, and during festive seasons, they go the extra mile to beautifully decorate the area. One time, they even helped us rearrange tables when we weren't comfortable, showing their dedication to customer satisfaction. To top it off, they assisted us in printing a birthday memory card, making our experience even more special.

We had an unforgettable stay at the Fullerton Hotel, thanks to the outstanding service and hospitality provided by Straits Club staff, Liyana, Ambi, Remy, Irfan, Quinn, and Shi Mei, and not forgetting the chef from Straits Club kitchen. . From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, ensuring every detail was taken care of. Their warmth and attentiveness made our experience truly special, and they made our son’s birthday extra memorable with thoughtful gestures and personalized care. Their exceptional service turned our stay into a cherished memory, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Thank you all for making this trip so extraordinary!
