Mandarin Oriental, Singapore

What a marvellous hotel, ultimate luxury in a great location right next to two malls and the bay. On arrival my son was handed a lovely gift bag with goodies and a lion teddy- he’s not put it down since. We also had a beautiful white chocolate jigsaw (deconstructed, ready to build!) in our room. We had fun making it and of course, eating it! Such a special touch. Fabulous pool overlooking the city skyline and marina bay. Helped with towels, beds and topped up on iced water constantly. The staff are all incredible. One of the best buffet breakfasts I’ve seen. Delicious Italian food in Dolce Vita. Either most other 5* hotels I’ve been to are closer to 4.5*, or this hotel should be a 6*! Would love to come back one day. Thank you for a wonderful base to explore Singapore.

The hotel service is great and the staff is very hospitable, i met Madhu who was very wekcoming and it was quite reakky late, yet he was still smiling, passionate at his duty, thabk you madhu!☺️.. Special thabks to the whole team here from tge reception to the bill desks, very freindly and cooperative

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at and we travel a lot. The beautiful decor and design of the lobby, rooms, restaurants, carefully crafted with flowers, art pieces and furniture are truly remarkable. The staff who adjusted our booking because our flight could not take off, the kind and prompt service in all restaurants (Embu, Cherry Garden, Haus25) also remarkable. I highly recommend a room with a view of the Marina Bay, especially if jet lagged, it makes a difference to wake up to the lights of Singapore. We hope to be back soon.

From the moment we stepped out of the car we were immersed in the high quality service that is the Mandarin Oriental. I cannot fault this hotel. The architecture, the artwork, the rooms, the restaurants, the pool area everything is just so beautiful. The best thing here, though, is the team that work here. They all made our stay so special. The team at the front desk, the pool guys, the servers in the restaurants, housekeeping, the gardeners everyone was so helpful, kind, professional and friendly. We were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary and our room was all decorated when we arrived. At turn down they also popped some sweet treats in the room for us. On our second day I required a doctor. Concierge were so quick in arranging Dr Neo to come and visit me. We had cocktails at MO Bar, we ate at Cherry Garden and Dolce Vita (so far we haven't checked out yet) . All delicious 😋. Breakfast buffet is one of the best we have had in the world. The view from our room was incredible. We overlooked the pool and Marina Bay Sands hotel and the bay of gardens. Would I come back here? In a heartbeat! Loved it all. We had a wonderful 7 day stay at the Mandarin Oriental. We stayed in a Club Marina Bay room on 21st floor which had amazing views over the bay and HAUS 65 lounge access. The food, ambience and beverages are great but it's the team that make it one of the best club lounges we have visited. The team and service at HAUS 65 are exceptional! They go beyond the call of duty to ensure you have a great stay. I celebrated my birthday during our stay and the team made me feel very special with a birthday cake and even singing 'happy birthday'! Ebru took a photo and had it printed and framed before we'd even left breakfast! Special mentions to Jeff, Ebru, Jaya, Sera, and Brittany (apologies if we've forgotten anyone). Thank you so much for making our stay an unforgettable one. Hopefully, we will get to return to MO and see you again one day. Best of luck in your careers. You are truly assets to MO!
