Private Dining @ Nest
Sham was very friendly and accommodating throughout the entire dining experience. Attentive to our needs. Food was not bad and the flavours were unique and interesting. The presentation of the food was very pleasing as well. Overall, we had a pleasant experience at Nest.

Ok for one night but not 5*
Whilst this hotel was clean and tidy there is no reason why it is rated 5*. The room was clean and bed comfortable but there were no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. The restaurant certainly did not really cater for international travellers and was somewhat basic. Compared to all other hotels we have stayed in at best I would rate this a 3* or at best a low grade 4*. Please do not be fooled by the 5* rating and other reviews.

Exceptional Service – Always My Go-To Hotel in Singapore!
I always stay at One Farrer Hotel during my business trips to Singapore, and the experience is consistently exceptional. This time, however, I encountered unique circumstances, and the team went above and beyond to support me. Due to flight changes in both directions, I arrived at the hotel at 6 AM, and they without hesitation arranged an early check-in, allowing me to freshen up and rest before a full day of meetings. When I had to depart early due to a family emergency, they showed great understanding and ensured I was not charged for the missed nights. The staff are always welcoming, helpful, and genuinely happy to see you. A special thank you to Dana, Vishnu, and Naren for their outstanding service and kindness. I truly appreciate the entire team’s dedication and look forward to my next visit!

The Best Hotel in Singapore
The room is very clean and comfy. The Front Office Mrs. Dana is very helpful. The checkin time is 3PM but, I get free early checkin after long Flight, Thank you Mrs. Dana for let me get the free early checkin. thats very kind The hotel also Muslim friendly, I get the early breakfast (Sahoor) for my Ramadhan fasting.

Great Hotel but no coffee in room!
As the rest of the reviews state, great hotel. We were upgraded on check in. Breakfast plentiful. Just one suggestion, however, there was a Nespresso Machine and a kettle in the room but no coffee pods or coffee or tea? We are currently in the Radisson Blu in Sydney where there is a Nespresso Machine and kettle and plenty of pods replaced daily, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits!
