Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore

Had a wonderful stay here. Pushra, Edlyn, Seoin and Blair made us feel so looked after and even sent up a nice little cake to the room once they knew we were celebrating a birthday. Amazing experience, will definitely be making a return trip in the future!

My partner and I had a two night stay at The Pan Pacific Orchard, we arrived early in the morning despite this our room was ready. Which was lovely after a 13 hour flight. The lady at reception was an absolute delight and so helpful. Our room was a balcony club room, although on the smaller side, was very nice. I didn't like the bottles for the filtered water. I would have preferred a conventional cold bottle. The bed, pillows were very comfortable,fresh and clean. The club room was very nice as were the staff. We tried breakfast the first day and was a little underwhelmed as the food was cold, even the food from the menu was served tepid. The cocktail hour was very nice especially as they served Taittinger Champagne but the hors d'oeuvres were disappointing. We had breakfast in the main restaurant on the second day once again not brilliant but adequate. The Hotel is definitely an eye pleaser, the staff that I encountered were very nice. The bar next to the club room is lovely and the bar man made some great cocktails. A nice stay but with a few tweaks could be much better. Would I stay in this hotel again?.......... No I think it's back to the Shangri La for me.

Singapore is an expensive city and most hotels at a similar price point will not offer what this hotel can in terms of service and amenities. I will say that the room is super modern and comfortable. The pool isn’t very deep and is mostly for soaking and it seems many tourists use it mostly for photoshoots rather than as a pool. The breakfast is very expensive for a buffet breakfast for the price of the hotel it should be included. The service however is very good and they do pay attention to your every need. Overall I’d recommend this hotel over other luxury hotels in Singapore.

Very impressed by everything the hotel had to offer. Tinesh and Amos at the reception were absolutely wonderful and took the extra effort to make our stay extremely memorable. We can't wait to come back again hopefully for the grand prix in October!

Kiru. the Bellman was amazingly helpful. Representing the quality of the pan Pacific Orchard. We are certainly grateful for the stay after getting off the ship and getting ready for our fl8ggt tonight! What a time to be introduced to the grace, hospitality and harmony in Singapore. We will be back!
