Amazing hospitality and service!
From the moment we walked into Pan Pacific we were blown away by the hospitality and service! Harvi especially was amazing - so kindly upgraded our room, and ensured we had all the essentials in our room for a pleasant stay with our bub. The staff were also so prompt at bringing up our luggage and filling us in on all the great things to do in Singapore!

Good Experience
Good service right from check in . Rooms were spacious, beds and pillows were comfortable and very good housekeeping by Ding. Good food options too. It has easy access to marina mall and Suntec City the main buisness area. Good view from the hotel

Birthday dinner at Edge!
Shasha was a very helpful, friendly and accomodating who went above and beyond to help us with our requests! The seafood these was also really fresh and enjoyable, especially the oysters that were flown in from France. Selection was also very wide and food was good!

Highly recommended
Excellent hotel. We stayed for 4 nights recently and loved everything about it, from the rooms, to the club lounge and even the beautiful lobby. We also wanted to make a special mention of Steve in the club lounge who was very welcoming, professional and highly attentive to the needs of guests. We will definitely come back to this hotel, and would be very happy to recommend it to others.

Our experience at Pan Pacific Marina Square
We cannot fault the services, locations, eateries and cleanliness of Pan Pacific hotel , Marina Square. The room 2710 was immaculately cleaned daily. The Pacific lounge had the best 360 view of Singapore, the team Sugu and Katelyn acknowledging our presence, even remembering our names was so welcoming.! We thank you for making our stay here 7 days to be precise, so memorable. We will be back!!!
