The hotel is very clean and nice. It was a very good trip for me and my family. The housekeeper name sally (if I spell it correctly) maintained the room very well and was very welcoming when we saw her. She approached us in a very friendly & approachable manner to ask us to enjoy our stay. She made us feel that we could approach her anytime or anything that we need. This is definitely the service that a lot of places nowadays are lacking of! This has truly reflect how well the staff are well trained there. Truly wonderful and appreciate the service provided from her and the hotel. Definitely will be going back again.

This was our top star accomodation we used in our Asia tour. They have the best views, our room had a construction site view and they gladly changed it. The best variety of food, feast for eyes. Luxurious feel, comfortable bed, again best views ever! Taking those long evening baths with the city view was the best for me. They serve the best coffee in rooms. The staff is amazing and friendly, will defiantly come back here!

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by Harvi at the front desk. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were quickly settled into our spacious room. All the details were explained thoroughly, ensuring we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The facilities were fantastic, particularly the bar and pool, which provided a great place for relaxation and enjoyment. Overall, my family had an amazing experience, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend this place for a fantastic getaway!

William and team really went over and above expectations .. William even offered to pay for the cake, that cake was not a part the complementary.. my wife and kid had a pleasant birthday surprise ! Beds are excellent and Edge has an amazing spread of international lineup .. Guess we made a right choice in this hotel .. Thanks again !

Amazing, what more can I say. Very efficient at check in. Room was beautiful. A special shout out to the guys in the concierge where nothing was too much. From a last minute request to go to night safari to a trip to the top in the list. Amazing staff.
