Pan Pacific Singapore

Had a fantastic meal at Pan Pacific Singapore! A big thanks to Weijian, Samuel, and Apple for their excellent service—they were friendly, attentive, and made the experience enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

The service of the hotel is excellent. The facilities and the pool is clean. Hotel staff shows warm welcome and friendly to us. The room neat and tiday very me and my husband had a comfortable sleep. Location near to the mall and MBS.Great experience during our stay. Highly recommend.

The Pan Pacific is a beautiful hotel with first class service and amenities. Our room was quiet, the beds were comfortable, and the mini fridge and coffee maker worked well. Even the lighting in our room was good. The front desk was very helpful with directions and calling taxi's for us. Right next door, there are many places to get a good meal or a meal to go. Short walk to the Marina Bay Sands. Singapore is a wonderful place to visit. The hawkers are great places to get a bite to eat at an affordable price. The Souvenir stores give great deals. The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands are a must visit. Not only the stores, but there are at least 30 food stalls inside and they all serve excellent food. In addition, there is always a some kind of light show going on. One note, because of all the tall buildings, Google Maps does not work as well as it does in other places. Navigating Singapore takes time. The MRT is a good way to get around and for the most part, taxi's are inexpensive. Because of the rainy climate, there are lush gardens everywhere with beautiful plants and flowers present.

We were there for family birthday celebrations. Seafood collections were nice, with wide variety of cooked food as well. We really love the fresh chocolate selections, really nice end to our dinner. Shasha was attentive to our needs as well. Overall, we enjoyed our dinner at the Edge.

Large, spacious and clean bedroom, helpful staff, club room facilities on 38th floor are excellent. It’s worth paying a little more to enjoy the benefits of the 38th floor. The bar on the ground floor also very good. We left an item behind and hotel were great in arranging it to be forwarded to us. One small issue — we pre booked a taxi from the airport to the hotel via the hotel concierges desk. SGD 170 was the price quoted which we paid via our hotel room account. We booked a return journey to the airport via the concierge desk — this we had to settle direct with the driver who charged us SGD 20!!
