Over rated, Over hyped
Rooms are very standard for its price. Renovation all around, very noisy and uncomfortable. The hotel looks good in pictures but a disappointment in reality. The only good thing is the location. Very convenient. Good alternative if you want to get out of the hotel.

Excellent 5-star hotel in Singapore
Best hotel we have ever stayed in Singapore. Landed in Singapore late night, easy and quick check-in, then welcomed by beautifully finished and clean Urban Deluxe room. Special shout out to Tessa for the professional service throughout our stay here, even fulfilled the late check-out benefit from my Discovery status, truly grateful for her hospitality to make sure our stay was comfortable. Breakfast buffet at the hotel was absolutely delicious with many options to choose from. If you enjoy a nice view of nature from your own bed, this is the best you can get in Singapore!

The best value money can buy! A real botanical garden!!!
It was an excellent hotel! The staff was kind. The breakfast was DELICIOUS!, A wide variety of choises, Western, Asian ecc. The room was clean and comfy. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel to feel the real experience of Singapore greenery.

What an experience
I would like to commend the staff of the hotel particularly the Filipinos, Brent and Jeff. They are both very polite and accommodating when it comes to our concerns. Also, the place is really clean and it smells so good. Worth every dollar spent.
