Beautiful architecture and excellent service

Dropped by to the hotel as we were exploring Chinatown. Very impressed by the architecture of the building as well as the landscaping. Our experience got better when we went in and approached a staff to check whether we could visit the sky garden. We were later treated to a tour by Sylvester. He was a great ambassador of the hotel while showing us around. Would recommend Parkroyal to friends!!! Good job Sylvester!!!

We came a family of 4 of us, the food was good and the staffs was very friendly n attentive. The only thing I notice that, there was guy buy in blue t shirt believe to be Chinese, he jus use he’s hand to take the food from the buffet and I believe he’s not the chef either

We celebrated our Valentine’s Day over Lime Restaurant Buffet Dinner. Everything was excellent, extensive spread with live band. After our meal, we were taking photos of each other as the hotel has many Instagram-worthy spots. Khai offered his assistance with our couple shots (it was amazing) and also brought us around the hotel. We really enjoyed our time here and be sure to look for khai if you wanna get some nice shots.

Fantastic location and great customer service by Uncle Wong, Amy, Kruba, Brent and a lovely young man at the reception who helped us plan our trips around. Definitely will stay again! The rooms were decent size and we were out most of the time. Room service is a bit neutral in variety and pricing but if you are eating out anyway, it doesn’t matter. There’s also a laundry service right around the corner so it was easy to get clothes ready in our long holiday.
