Our stay
Amazing hotel, room is exceptional, staff are all friendly and accomodating, the gardens are world class, breakfast had the biggest selection I've ever seen, pool service was amazing, thankyou Sasi and Ravi your cocktails are amazing, we will be back.

Luxurious retreat
We stayed at the Shangri-La in December 24. It was during the Xmas season and the vibes at the hotel were very festive. The Shangri-La is a luxurious five star hotel with elegant Asian atmosphere. The hotel is located in an upscale neighbourhood, a bit distant from the city hustle and bustle. It is surrounded by lush green spaces and within walking distance from the botanical gardens. You are also a short walk away from Orchard road and its iconic buildings and shopping malls. We stayed in a garden wing deluxe family king room. It was comfortable but a bit tight for a family with two teens. Make sure not to miss the excellent breakfast and take a dip in the nice pool with jacuzzi. Staff and service are just excellent.

The Shangri-La is very clean, orderly and is in a great location. Special mention to Sasi Navin Ravikumar and his team for their superb service by the pool. I will be recommending the Shangri-La to all family and friends Thank you for your great service Nathan & Georgia - Australia 🇦🇺

This is a great place to spend time always! Welcoming and beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, good wine list. It's nice to come here at any time. I really like the buffet of local cuisine! Thanks to the WHOLE team for the great work)) Special thanks to Liz and Paul 💐 The atmosphere is enhanced by a super beautiful Christmas tree and the always recognizable smell of Shangri La🎄

Great staff and big rooms.
We love the Shangri-La hotel in Singapore and have been loyal guests for 21 years. This time we stayed in the Valley Wing of the hotel which offers the biggest rooms and also a fantastic breakfast. The breakfast is ala carte and there is also a small buffet. We do enjoy Steak and Eggs for breakfast. The room is spacious and comfortable. The rooms are old, but everything in working orde4. The TV is antique and small, this should surely be an easy upgrade. The staff at the Valley Wing are very service minded, making our stay memorable.
