Class and calm.
The Valley Wing is amazing and the staff absolutely first class, creating an atmosphere of peace and calm. Special thanks to the amazing Krishnan, and to Benji who looked after us so well. Also Raj who was always attentive and enjoyed a laugh.

It's a fantastic makeover that stays true to its brand and expectations.
The accommodation is clean, stylish, and modern, and I really enjoy the layout, facilities, and high floor outlook. The layout and atmosphere of the club room, as well as the food offered for breakfast, high tea, and evening cocktails, are equally remarkable. I'm also happy to learn that the club lounge is open around-the-clock, with the exception of midnight, when there is no concierge. This is undoubtedly a benefit, particularly if you need to relax after returning to the hotel late. Despite not being on the drink menu, the iced mocha and mocktail were requested at special occasions. Interactions amongst staff members gave the impression that one was a member of the Horizon Club Lounge family. It's a pampered and contented stay, in fact.

Excellent experience
Lovely hotel with comfortable rooms, helpful staff, and a luxury atmosphere. The breakfast buffet has a broad array of choices, and the steak house is superb. Afternoon tea on the 4th floor was a fantastic experience as well. The swimming pool and grounds really added to the experience.

I had a memorable staycation! The service, staff and the hotel has always been my favourite choice. This staycation celebrated by daughters birthday. I thank the whole team for a memorable one! Perfect stay as always! WENCY IS THE BEST!
I always have the best stay in Shangrila. The hotel never fails me when it comes to room, food and services. I felt home everytime I am greeted by the best Guest Relations Staff named Wency. He assisted me number of times, from check-in, check-out, simple things and always asking how my stay was. He is very good at engaging with guests and assisting us. We, as guests are truly appreciating this kind of service and assistance thats why we always choose this property. Wency is the best example for that. He is real face and smile of Shangrila. I will see you again Shangrila very soon. Happy holidays!
