Kelly, Haam and Ken were very attentive and efficient in their service today at the banquet I was attending. It felt impeccable that my tea was replenished almost instantly and my plates were cleared almost immediately after placing my cutleries down

Impeccable Service
Not my first stay with St Regis. Service was impeccable as always. Room was clean as expected as a luxurious hotel and check-in is very smooth. Kumar, Durga and especially Yuhui as our butler helped with the celebration of my partner's birthday. Communication from start to end of the surprise was amazing.

Wonderful butler service.
Great location - walking distance to upscale shopping district as well as to the Botanical gardens. Well kept facilities and very nice rooms. Showers have body spray jets. Complimentary 24 hour butter service and it includes ironing of 2 pcs of garments at no extra cost. Would like to callout excellent services provided by our butler, Mr. Kumar - he was very helpful and very prompt with all of our requests. Highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

Attended First Wedding at St. Regis with Wonderful Experience
Attended friend wedding there for the first time. Thank you server Elvin and Jervin with their excellent service and courtesy. They are very helpful with all my requests. Last but not least, thank you Banquet manager Ken for hosting the wedding.

Service is excellent. Our butler Kumar was absolutely amazing. We stayed for the first time at St.Regis but will not be the last that is for sure. Excellence there highest level. Everybody is very professional and pleasant and eager to help.
