Good event experience
Great service received by Marjory and Ken's team. Very efficient and excellent event support for a seminar done at the caroline's mansion. Team was punctual for all meetings, followed through the event planning wjiith due dilligence. Very clean and nicely decorated roo.

Fantastic St. Regis!!
Cozy atmosphere, luxurious room, kind staffs. Special thanks to Jisu Hong, a supervisor who gave me warm greetings and special care during my stay. Also thanks to Ryan!! And the champagne sabrage at the stairs is very historical event of St. Regis of Singapore. Don’t miss the ceremony at 6:30 pm everyday. Definitely the best hotel in Singapore!!

Awesome experience
Environment: very cosy and comfortable. Service: unsurpassed service. Food and beverages: good selection. Overall: it is a nice and cosy place for small group gathering for friends and family. Highly recommended for my friends to come by.

Amazing staff nice food beautiful room. But room has some issues
Had our dinner at Astro grill and the food was on point. Service was flawless. Kudos to all the staff working that night. Special mention to Saravanan for his service and smiles throughout the whole night. We also stayed one night at the hotel. Room was beautiful and butler service was amazing. Basically their service staff were all 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 However, room had a bit of technical issue according to their front desk staff. The door bell rang at 4:30 am and the room lights all turned on on its own. Subsequently, my husband and I had to keep waking up to off the lights cause they keep turning on by themselves :((( couldn’t have a goodnight sleep.

Great bar to visit in town!
Visited the Astor Bar for a couple of drinks during our stay at St Regis and we absolutely loved the ambience, service, and drink offering. Both Chris and Vita took great care of us, telling us about the Picasso art collection and ensuring that we had the best time and experience. A must visit bar in town and highly recommended.
