Hotel only has 30 over rooms but does not seem to short of staffs at all. The staffs are always attentive to your neats and have character much like the history of the hotel. The breakfast is served at Po, a small beautiful restaurant with delicious food. In the evening, the lobby is transformed into a youthful eclectic vibes. Refreshing experience!

I recently stayed at The Warehouse, a hotel with significant historical importance. The location is excellent, situated near Clarke Quay, with a short walk to the MRT station. Taking a Grab, you can quickly reach Marina Bay Sands or Orchard Road. If you want to experience nightlife, there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby to choose from. After dining, you can take a stroll or cycle along the riverside. The hotel itself has a rich history, and you can see thoughtful details related to its past, from the room key cards to the room design. It truly deserves to be called a design hotel. The lobby design is especially stunning. This hotel is perfect for couples who appreciate design and want to immerse themselves in history and culture, as there are countless small details to discover. The pool is also beautiful and feels incredibly relaxing, though we unfortunately didn’t have time to use it. The hotel restaurant is also beautifully designed, and the staff there are very friendly. If you enjoy Bak Kut Teh, they serve it for breakfast. Although the selection is limited, it’s a great way to start the day with a simple yet satisfying meal, especially since there are so many culinary delights in Singapore to explore. Finally, I would like to thank Gladys from front office. She always greets you with a world-class warm smile, and her humor and energy made my stay more enjoyable. When I was sending postcards to friends, she even noticed that one didn’t have an address written on it. Her attentive service made me feel genuinely cared for, just like being looked after by family.

Excellent boutique hotel in the heart of Singapore’s Robertson Quay. Smart urban decor making the most of the warehouse conversion. Reception/bar area has a real wow factor. Rooms continue with the urban chic design, whilst still being comfortable and spacious. One minor criticism - can feel dark. Missing a standing lamp and an illuminated shaving mirror. Lights can be a challenge to master! Breakfast was excellent. All made to order so minimises food waste. Well worth trying the local specialities, the che cheong fun was really tasty. Cocktails in the bar were also superb. Special mention to Deep, our waiter throughout our stay - friendly, helpful and always happy to meet our requests.

Fabulous stay! Sensational beds - mattresses and pillows, great view out onto the river from the River View Loft, staff fantastic, friendly, helpful. The bar was a great place to have a drink and breakfast ticked the boxes. Really nicely designed and fitted out boutique hotel, Would definitely return.

Friendly and attentive staff, excellent meals at Po (inside the hotel) & cocktails at the bar. Exceptionally comfortable bed - best sleep ever. Loved the room and the concept of this boutique hotel - also, environmentally conscious. Swimming pool was a treat at the end of a day. The hotel is in an excellent location. Not too close to the bay area to command an inflated price but not too far away from the attractions we wanted to visit. Chinatown (Maxwell) or Orchard Road were only 2 stops away (in opposite directions!) or you could walk. Perfect. The price for the room was very reasonable, too – considering the deluxe nature of our room and the lobby. You ‘could’ rent a box room in any of the other big chains, but then, you ‘could’ do that in any country! We checked in for an anniversary stay and welcomed with a handwritten note accompanied by a very generously chosen bottle of wine. Chocolates and tokens for cocktails of our choice at the bar were also a nice surprise. Very thoughtful. Almost immediately, we were greeted by name whenever we ventured out for a day of experiences. Some of our adventures were suggested by the front of house staff or managers. One excellent suggestion was to walk down to the Merlion - a much better idea than taking the subway. Each afternoon, after a long day of sightseeing, the pool was a welcome experience. A nice touch. Towels are provided as were kimono style robes to wear (from the room to the pool). Environmental touches were very noticeable – from bamboo shaving kits to ring pull top bottles of water (glass). Instead of wasting paper on menus, The Warehouse uses QR codes to provide information on anything from breakfast service to minibar items and costs – well done. We are connoisseurs of a good bathroom and the bath (in the room) and shower room were spacious and spotless. Plenty of room to move around and the unique fragrance of their shower gel / shampoo / conditioner is unique. Spacious and comfortable beds – we had a super king. I don’t think I’ve ever slept so well in a hotel. Oh! And the pillows. A dream! I was not at all disturbed by my husband’s snoring at any point. In the Loft Room, the ceiling is so high, it is a wonderful retreat from a humid day and the temperature in the room was always at a comfortable level – not a case of walking in and having to wait for the room to cool down. The housekeeping staff were wonderful! Jenny / Lien did everything in her power to make our stay a wonderful experience. From delivering an ice bucket to us on our return (without asking!) to ensuring we understood about the freebies in the minibar to leaving our room spotless each day – the service goes above and beyond. As mentioned, this was for our anniversary. I had a quiet word with Karen Chan, one of the managers, in the afternoon of our last evening when we had booked dinner at Po, their own restaurant. I was trying to organise a surprise for my husband. Karen refused any advance to fund the surprise, but organised some little gifts and a whole bottle of champagne when we dined. The look on my husband’s face was priceless! (Thanks Karen) Po was an amazing meal. Everything from breakfast (you can order anything really, by the last day, I was just asking for an omelette and toast instead of the full English and there was never an issue) to our celebratory meal were delicious. I highly recommend the beef cheek rendang – best version I have ever tasted. The bar staff are wonderfully friendly, as are the patrons. Many enjoyable conversations were had with both staff and guests – it made us feel at home. Thank you very much to Simeon, Karen and everyone else there at the Warehouse Hotel. We had a wonderful time and wish to visit again, soon.
