Conrad Singapore Orchard

I decided to try this Conrad Hotel in Singapore. Had just spent a night at Singapore Hilton, which will be reviewed separately. This Conrad is an older property and was previously a Regents Hotel. It has been well maintained and was renovated. The staff are all very helpful, especially Daniel in the lobby. The room was very nice, and I was upgraded to a suite due to Diamond Member status. Executive lounge was also nice, though if you have Diamond Member status, I recommend taking your complimentary breakfast at their restaurant on level 2. Danial from the lobby helped me find The House Bar, which is tucked away down a hallway; it's definitely worth a visit. The thing I felt was missing was spa services. I was badly in need of a massage due to soreness from travel, but sadly, the massage service is not offered at this Conrad. I also dropped by for a nightcap at the bar in their Basilico restaurant. The bar menu offerings are quite limited, and they only had 1 draft beer available. Overall, it's a nice hotel worth trying if you visit Singapore.

Today is wife’s birthday & we’ve come to Conrad Singapore from sunny Lancashire. Nice location , nice rooms , TOTALLY MUSLIM UNFRIENDLY, we booked half board but when we got here were told NOTHING is halal - even seafood is cooked in alcohol Asked if they could bring in halal from little Arabia / little India for us - wouldn’t even entertain it (we got halal on Caribbean cruise, in Las Vegas, in Moscow - so why not here) Asked for my money back for half board - said we have to cancel this booking and make new booking at today’s full cost - about twice as expensive! We have been shafted by Conrad If you’re Muslim This service stinks and all Conrad’s - in Makkah / MADINA / Jeddah/ Dubai should be boycotted by Muslims , if they’re not willing to go 2 km to bring halal food for guests

I tried to book a stay at Marina Bay Sands, but since it was high season, I couldn’t get a reservation. Instead, I stayed at the Conrad Hotel, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were incredibly helpful. They arranged a Singapore tour for me and even made reservations at a restaurant I wanted to try. Everything was so well taken care of, and I had a wonderful experience.

Excellent overall, no complaints at all. Staff were brilliant, rooms spotless and amazing. Executive Lounge staff very friendly and accommodating. The staff made everything really special for us, this was the first step of our honeymoon 10/10

Nice Hotel, it’s about a 5 minute walk to the tip of Orchard road. The hotel is full of class. From the moment you arrive, the hotel doors are attended by the butlers. The rooms are super comfortable and fully upgraded. The filtered drinking water tap on the coffee making podium was simply wow. The breakfast was a huge wonderful spread. The executive lounge was impressive. Recommended…!
