Grand Hyatt Singapore

I was booked the hotel on first weekend of November with my best friend, as knew the hotel just re-opened in last few months after renovation, it is look so fresh, modern with resort feel which you will unbelievable can find it in city of Singapore, I am loving it so much. Besides, this time also my first visited the Grand Club lounge for my first experience in my staycation, Careen, Julie and their team members are very friendly to serve us the alcohol drink, I love their smile and they're checking us the food is it good and what we need during our visit period. I'm definitely will come back again and introduce this fantastic hotel and service to my other friends as well.

Another regular stay at the Grand Hyatt once again. The property always impresses me! A top-notch hotel providing the best facilities. Renovated rooms give us strong tranquility vibes. Most importantly, the Grand Club treats every guest with the best genuineness services. I am always looking forward to visiting the Grand Club as I really appreciated the personalized hospitality services from the team members Careen, Roy, Azizah, Nadine Julie, and Thinis. I am really thankful to the team. I highly recommend booking rooms with the club access, and I am very sure to return for regular stays at the hotel.

Walk out the door and the luxe shopping frenzy of Orchard Rd is right there; retreat to your room or the beautiful outdoor pool nestled in its garden and you can relax in a private oasis. Our rooms had inviting lounges stuffed with pillows nestled up against windows overlooking the hotel garden and waterfall.

We loved the extra room attached within the room and the smart toilet. The hotel is next to the shopping centre. It is very convenient. Highly recommended. It is value for money. The hotel itself was neat and very clean. Breakfast buffet had ample selection of food to meet any food requirements for the guests.

All the pillows are very soft and clean. It is very relaxing to sleep and rest. Fully recommended and worth staying in the hotel. I will be back in Grand Hyatt for a more enjoyable stay in Singapore. Thanks for the friendly staff, very accommodating and friendly.
