Dear Hyatt Singapore Team, I wanted to take a moment to share my feedback regarding my stay last week. Overall, I had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. The amenities, particularly the pool and gym, were a great touch. One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the variety of breakfast options, as I found it a bit limited. Otherwise, everything was excellent, and I truly enjoyed my time at your hotel. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable. I look forward to visiting again!

The checkin process was terrible. And I did request for a tooth brush, it took 30mins for me to get it after I chase more than 5 times. The service manager promised me to email me the feedback, but until today, nothing was delivered. When I checkin, the guy told me breakfast was included for 3pax, but in the end of the day, I have to pay for 1pax of breakfast. This is cheating your customer.

Excellent location, clean and modern rooms, renovated and beautiful pool and garden looks like a resort. WOW! Love it all! Breakfast buffet very good (a little too much food for my taste). Very attentive staff and excellent public relations by hotel management. Definitely would return.

I love this hotel! The incredible service, beautiful rooms, luxurious garden, modern swimming pool and so much more make this a must book and there's no better location for easy access to all of the good stuff that Singapore has to offer! Greatly exceeded expectations.

Although the rooms and decor are new from a recent reno, the front desk service was not up to Grand Hyatt standard, and we were not made to feel welcome. No doorman, so no assistance with luggage. QR code for everything. Service was patchy, and overall, an underwhelmingf stay.
