Booked a Balcony Loft with club lounge access room for a night direct with GHA platinum membership. Arrived at property around 2+ which was not crowded with all 4 staff fronting the concierge occupied, and another 2 in line. There was no signage to display where the queue starts and basically it was a mess despite the low crowd. There were people cutting queue simply because nobody knew where the line was, would be disastrous at peak hours. After reaching the concierge, staff informed that club lounge guest could check in above instead of the regular line, which again could have been avoided by a simple signage indicating the check in counters. Nevertheless had processed the check in at regular counters since was already there. Manager provided with a list of club lounge benefits and the timings for each setting, and shared check out was 12pm without offering a late check out which was a benefit for both club rooms and GHA titanium member. Had to call up concierge later to get 3pm late check out, but required guests to visit front desk for 4pm request (published club lounge benefit online). Headed down to request but was rejected due to incoming guest the following day, though a quick check online shows more than 5 rooms of the same type were up for booking the same day. Not a very good excuse to con guest if they do not wish to honour. Headed to lift which access card for lift was not working (twice during my stay), which I had to ask front desk to change another set of card though I have just checked in. Room was fairly small for equivalent class properties with lack of working desk or arm rest. Bed was comfortable with selection of pillow menu upon request. Bathroom amenities replaced to Jo Loves instead of Diptyque earlier, and was not replenished. Only used once and lotion and body wash was running low, had to dial room service to have it topped up. Balcony was facing MBS view but was obstructed by the hotel in front, still a nice touch to have high floor rooms. Balcony felt dusty though, recommend to have slippers worn. Loft was a sofa facing the balcony, nice to relax there. Pacific lounge offered tea break, evening drinks with canapés and breakfast. Selection was intimate especially for tea break which warm food only had 2 options with 4 cakes/puff selection along with fruits and salad. Evening canapés was alright but cheese plate and 3 hot dish (2 vegetarian main and a chicken satay). Breakfast spread was small compared to main dining hall below but had more premium ala carts options which tasted good. Overall staff in lounge were attentive and proactive which was nice. Main dining hall have decent spread but quality fall short compared to the lounge, passable overall. Hotel had indoor and outdoor gym with pretty good equipment, was not big though do expect about 1-2 pax max per equipment at any point in time. Pool was disappointing without any highlight and bar pool which was closed had several fallen leaves in it which look unkempt. Overall opinion, staff was polite but was an average stay considering the high price point with better location/options around the area at equivalent or lower price points. Also did not have any GHA membership recognition throughout. Those that are booking this property to leverage on membership benefits may want to reconsider this property.

my friends are staying at the hotel, so we met them for dinner and drinks at the bar. while we were there, we had noticed that it was getting quite crowded and there was only one staff, Razif, working. we had ordered some food and drinks, and despite Razif being very busy, he remained very professional, helpful and friendly. we really appreciate his great service and attitude. thanks for the good experience!
