Excellent hotel
The pillows are comfortable, the environment is also very chill. The staff especially Sofia, Sanjay and Alif were amazing. They gave us a later checkout. Swimming pool was warm and inviting. Hotel is close to orchard road and MRT station. Enjoyed our stay here.

A gem in a city that's just quite stunning!
The hotel is very beautiful, the location is perfect for anyone visiting Singapore for the first time or a short stay, the food, the rooms and the staff were just great, special thanks to Sofia in the front desk for taking such a good care of us during our stay, they delivered impeccable service. Would recommend and for sure would love to visit again when coming back to this beautiful city. You made our stay very memorable!!

One of the best hotels and lounge in Singaporere!
One of the best hotels for visiting Singapore. It is worth booking also Club lounge access where you have such customer orientated staff helping you out with anything you need for holidays! Stay with teenagers
Great stay at this hotel. Great quality, amazing breakfast, and helpful staff. Close to shops and also the city Transportation. Thank you Sufian for your help and service at the last day. SPA also lovely place to reenergise after long flight.

Stayed for one week. The service from the pan pacific team is exceptional. I was always greeted warmly and was offered help even when carrying shopping bags! Suhailah in particular was also so helpful and friendly - thank you so much for everything!
