Pan Pacific Orchard

A wonderful anniversary stay at this pristine hotel. The rooms are beautiful with everything needed for a short stay. Access to the club lounge was an added bonus with afternoon tea and cocktails and canapés available everyday of your stay. Excellent timing to recharge back at the hotel before heading out for the evening. All staff we came across were polite, courteous and very friendly. Jaycelle, Sid, Jenny & Anil are names I can remember but all club lounge staff made our stay very memorable. Ranzit in the Pacific Breeze bar was also very friendly and knowledgeable, giving great tips on places to visit. The hotels location was also great with a shopping district just down the road and we utilised buses, grab taxis and the MRT to travel all over Singapore. All were easy to use and great value for money

Fantastic hotel with a beautiful pool and rooms. All very newly refurbished and also an excellent breakfast. Would highly recommend getting packages with the lounge access, which offer complimentary high tea and aperitif/happy hour!! I would like to especially thank Blairi, Sid, Sharna, Anil and Edlyn at breakfast, high tea and happy hour service in the lounge, you made our 5 day stay extra special!! Also a big thank you to Jaycelle and Sofia at reception for helping us and making us feel very welcome!

I am just back from the most amazing holiday in Singapore and my stay at the Pan Pacific Orchard Hotel was truly a crowning point of the trip. The beautiful design of the hotel, calm atmosphere and the incredible, professional staff and service will make your stay unforgettable. From the perfect reception by Sahrna, the ground team who support with getting taxis in moments and helping with luggage to the amazing team in the Pacific Club Lounge on the 11th floor (a huge thank you to Pushpa, Edlyn, Sid, Anil, Sofia and Sorin) you are made to feel welcome and supported wherever you go in the hotel and served with grace and professionalism. I had reserved a Pacific Beach Club Loft Room on the 5th floor which meant I could step out of my room, on to a stunning terrace with soft seating and then directly into the beautiful swimming pool with high mirrored ceiling so you can actually watch yourself in the reflection. The pool was spotlessly clean and a great temperature to cool down with 32 degrees C and 95% humidity most days! Having the loft space was an added bonus when I needed to complete some work or just sit and relax in the air-conditioned comfort and look out over the beautiful pool area. The Pacific Club Lounge was the best hotel club lounge I have ever experienced. The selection of wine, cocktails and canapes and buffet was simply superb during the evening slot of 6-8pm. The staff always making sure you were replenished with drinks and even coming to advise you when popular items on the buffet were replaced. The breakfast buffet was heavenly with choices to please every palate. I didn't get a chance to try the afternoon tea but if the cakes available at the evening slot were anything to go by, it would be superb. I felt as if I would never need to leave the hotel, however this being my first trip to Singapore, I had to go out and see the amazing sights the city has to offer. The location of the hotel is perfect, close to Orchard Road and the fantastic range of shops and restaurants, and approximately 10 minutes walk to Orchard MRT station. You are able to reach all the key attraction areas (Marina Bay area, Chinatown, Little India) within 20-30 minutes from the hotel. The airport is only around 20 minutes drive by taxi and should cost around 25-30 Singapore dollars. Do not hesitate to book a stay here and I hope to be back very soon.

This was our first stay at the Pan Pacific Orchard having stayed a number of times previously at other Singapore five star hotels. We had a wonderful experience from checking in to when we departed after a five day stay during which time we were treated as very special guests by all of the staff. We would like to make special mention of duty manager Joelle who was very responsive to our every need and made contact with us each day to ensure that our needs were being met. We also cannot say enough about our experience in the Pacific Club which undoubtedly was the best we have ever had anywhere we have stayed. The amenity of the club both inside and on the terrace, the food options for breakfast, afternoon tea and evening canapes was exceptional however the staff were the best part! Special thanks to Sofia, Blair, Jaycelle, Anil and Sid for looking after us. From our experience we have not come across such a professional, caring and proactive group and the hotel management should be applauded for their staff selection and level of training provided. We will certainly be back and the Pacific Club will be a mandatory requirement!

We booked a week-long staycation in March at Pan Pacific due to home renovations. At first we thought it would be boring, however the facilities and staff there surpassed our expectations. The hotel room itself was more spacious than we expected, and we enjoyed the balcony view. It was also very clean and comfortable. In addition, we could conveniently ask for amenities, repair service and order in room dining through the hotel TV, which was easy to use. As for the hotel facilities, we visited the swimming pool, which was sufficiently big for our children to enjoy. We highly recommend the hotel's club lounge as they offer daily breakfast, tea break and dinner with good ambiance and service. The staff there also hosted us well, making us feel welcome. They also went the extra mile to entertain our requests and chat with us, checking with us on our hotel experience. They made our staycation overall very memorable and we would definitely visit again when possible. Last but not least, we would like to give special thanks to Ms Sofia, Mr Charles, Ms Ninn, Ms Seoin, Ms Blair, Ms Edlyn, Ms Pushpa, Ms Jaycelle, Mr Thomas and Ms Jessie for being very friendly and kind to us during our stay.
