Conrad Singapore Orchard

This is an EXCELLENT hotel in the more High End Residential district of Singapore. The Tanglin Mall is just around the corner yet it's still far away enough from the main attractions to be a good respite from the noisier parts of town. I am a Hilton Diamond member and felt incredibly valued as a guest - we received an upgrade to to the next room class - room is GORGEOUS, newly renovated with beautiful amenities. Staff is SO helpful and breakfast here was incredible - so many wonderful choices and there is a dedicated area for Hilton Honors members as well in the Breakfast lounge. NY Bar is incredible and the entire building is just top notch. This is my favorite Conrad property EVER. Also received thoughtful amenities from the staff and the wonderful bellman who has been there for years (can't recall his name) was such a GEM. Look forward to visiting here again when I return to Singapore

From the moment of stepping out of the car we were greeted with assistance, support and friendliness as the porter assisted with our baggage, to reception being smoothest of check in. The room was exquisite with appropriate furnishings for the hotel of this caliber. We used the pool and this is a hotel with a deep pool, the gym was more than functional, we used the foyer coffee shop, and restaurant for breakfast, great selection and service. The executive lounge provided a lovely touch and friendly service. This hotel is clean and no request went unanswered. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

Fantastic hotel with perfect Diamond benefits. Great upgrade. The executive lounge was amazing —- impeccable service in the lounge and fantastic food and drinks. The breakfast in the restaurant was fantastic (option to eat in the lounge or restaurant as a diamond, with a reserved diamond seating area at breakfast). The Manhattan bar is a must visit — incredible atmosphere and cocktails. Awesome location.

Conrad Orchard has been my choice for a staycaytion to recharge. The comfortable bed and pillows provided restful nights during the stay. Compliments to Vikram at the reception who addressed concerns regarding the location of our room being next to the housekeeping storeroom. The service at the executive lounge remains professional and impeccable. Now, onto the perennial weakest link of the hotel - breakfast at Basilico. It is a daily warzone where staff generally seems untrained, and the manager just appears to be tactical in managing the situation without any strategic direction to the team. However, amidst the whole chaos, 1 particular staff member stood out for her proactive-ness and exemplary service. Her name is Hwee Men (hope I got it right). When we arrived and requested for a cappuccino and mocha from another staff, he looked rather confused and lost. The request was relayed by him to Hwee Men who was working on something else then. After Hwee Men was done with her matter on hand, it was apparent she was going to get out drinks for us. However, she was intercepted by another senior staff who told her to get something done immediately. To which she did. At this juncture, I was prepared that the drinks would not come. To my absolute surprise and delight, Hwee Men came with the drinks. Thumbs up to the dedication and memory. As we sat there observing, Hwee Men was actively clearing tables on her own initiative whilst attending to tasks given to her by senior members of the team. All these were executed with efficiency and a smile on her face. If this isn't exemplary service, nothing is. I hope that the management reads this. Hwee Men is a keeper and an asset to the hotel. She brought a smile to at least this guest during an otherwise chaotic breakfast situation. Do what you can to keep her please !

A special mention goes to Ramesh, Miro, Fiqar, Ell, Fitri, Monique, Jia Yee, and Lee, who never fail to make each stay unforgettable. Knowing that this was our baby’s first visit (and how special it was to coincide with Christmas), they surprised us by gifting her a thoughtful Christmas present—a gesture that touched our hearts deeply. Thank you, Conrad Singapore Orchard, for always treating us like family and for making these cherished moments even more magical. We look forward to creating many more beautiful memories with you in the years to come!
