Conrad Singapore Orchard

Conrad Singapore Orchard brings service to a whole new level. Good communication prior to my arrival. Once there a super professional welcome. As a Lifetime Diamond member, I got a very nice upgrade. The lounge was great and the staff made sure everyone felt welcome. During my stay I had a chance to try out Manhattan cocktail bar, don’t miss it. Breakfast was amazing!

Stayed 3 nights. Overall experience was excellent. Although located a bit off the busiest areas, central Orchard road is walkable within 20min, although Grab was more convenient door to door. Lobby area is never crowded which is a far cry from the busy Marriott like the Tang Plaza or other hotels at Ion. Rooms are spacious and the restaurant for breakfast has a decent selection with very nice staff. Special mention to Clive, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

A one night stay on points and wonderful service from start to finish. Ahead of our arrival the front desk were really responsive to emails and were able to arrange a gluten free cake for my mother’s birthday for when we arrived. We got upgraded to a twin deluxe room with a balcony. The room was beautiful with great attention paid to every detail. Perfect location for the botanical gardens and a taxi from the airport less than 30 mins. Exec Lounge was a nice escape for a coffee after a busy afternoon sightseeing. Breakfast was also delicious with so much choice. A very quick visit but thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the wonderful service we received.

This is a beautiful hotel in a great location. The art work is amazing and the hotel staff is wonderful about explaining the art and design of the hotel. The tea time and happy hour are lovely. Only suggestion would be to make available non alcoholic drinks for guests to serve themselves - staff couldn’t keep up and was a little bit inconvenient. Also suggest they replace the carpet in the executive lounge, very worn and beat up, ashamed because it is such a beautiful room

We stayed for three nights at Conrad Orchard. We had a smooth check in and check out experience by Shah who knew exactly how to handle our check-in and transportation requests We were especially grateful to Mr. Fiqar at the Executive Lounge. He and Ms. Monique generously anticipated our needs and made us feel like special guests, even like members of the hotel family. On the first night of our stay, we were delighted to meet Mr. Ramesh, an old friend from years ago who welcomed us warmly to the lounge. We feel that the Conrad executive lounge atmosphere is representative of the dedication of all the hotel staff to the Conrad's high standard of hospitality. The Conrad Orchard is becoming ever more central with the addition of new hotels and new MRT stations to the Tanglin/Grange Road area. After just two stays, we were surprised to realize that the Conrad Orchard staff had made us feel unusually appreciated, honored, and even spoiled. We are eager to plan our next visit.
