The Room is very clean, modern decor and high tech equipment, really has everything you need. All the staff are very friendly especially Ben on the concierge desk. We are regular guests at this hotel and we always enjoy our stay. We look forward to coming back again soon.

Great hotel convenient for the city and right next to Satay street. Cool vibe about the hotel, very trendy and stylish throughout. Rooms are in the small size as with many city centre hotels but perfectly adequate and fabulously decorated. iPad operated tv, lights & curtains which is fun! We only stayed one night en route to a cruise but managed to have dinner at Level 33 overlooking Marina Bay Sands. Satay street is a fabulous place with plenty of cheap eats right next to the hotel. The hotel has a super roof top pool and bar with great views over the city.

Thank you QT Team, Had a couple of drinks at the bar before satay markets. Bar staff were fantastic, helpful and a credit to QT. Very nice hotel and team. We live in Singapore and will be back. If you are visiting, great hotel, location and experience👍

Executive summary: stop trawling through dozens of Tripadvisor reviews. Book this hotel now and have a perfect stay. We were 1 adult 1 child on a 3 night stay. This is a very newly renovated hotel. We had a perfect stay and my young son did not want to leave. The staff are amazing. How I was greeted at front desk. How knowledgeable was front desk about local facilities and attractions. The head chef meticulously making sure food is done just right. The attitude of the cleaner who put away my towel. This hotel gave a friendly yet deeply professional vibe from the moment we came in. My son was greeted with welcome balloons and some local Singapore treats. I was helpfully assisted with my work. A big thank you to GM Dorlan and his team including Samantha, Siti, Trish and Anna at front desk, Herman at luggage and Ben in the restaurant. Location is tremendously convenient. If you have light luggage like us, the MRT from the airport took 30 minutes and a 7 minute walk. There are MRT and bus stations 5 minutes walk in almost every direction from the lobby. Lau Pau Sat food court and Satay Club is literally across the road. Gardens by the Bay is a couple of MRT stations away. Room was clean, quiet and well refreshed every day. Bed was comfortable. AC was just right (important for Singapore) and all electrical sockets and water works were perfect. Internet was fast. The lobby restaurant does a phenomenal steak. It may sound bonkers to come all the way from Australia to Singapore and eat steak… but this was our best meal for our entire trip. There’s a lovely rooftop pool and bar with lots of natural light which we used to cool down and do some reading (and math homework) after a hot Singapore day. Some comments to prove I’m not an overwhelmingly praiseful AI. The lighting in our room was good for resting, but slightly dark if you’re intending to do extended work on the study desk (though I’m not in Singapore spending hours in the room writing a novel) There were some minor water leak issues on the ground floor. It is a business not ‘family’ hotel and we saw only one other child our entire stay (I liked the fact that this meant a sophisticated and quiet atmosphere). There’s no onsite gym (which I wouldn’t have used anyway because I was too busy eating). All of these are very minor quibbles about what was an absolutely wonderful stay. Without hesitation, I strongly recommend this hotel and we will be making this our base for every future trip to Singapore.

We stayed at the QT during the Grand Prix, just a few days after it reopened. The hotel is beautiful, clearly a lot of walk has gone into redeveloping it after QT purchased the property. There were still a few teething issues when we stayed but once they have had a little more time, I am sure it will be excellent. We stayed in a balcony suite, which was very impressive. It was very large with a lovely bathroom and we made good use of the balcony, even though that is only fairly small. It was lovely to sit out there in the evening with the aromas coming from Satay Street. The room controls are all done through an iPad. This tends to be complicated in my experience but here it was really straightforward. The Bose wifi speaker in the room was also an excellent feature. One thing we found a bit strange was that there were no hooks in the bathroom so it wasn't possible to hang up towels. Not a big deal as they were changed each day, but certainly unusual. The hotel is very well positioned, right next to Lau Pa Sat and only a 15 minute walk or so from Boat Quay. There is a MRT station that is only a 5 minute walk away. This is definitely a good option if you are looking for a hotel in Singapore.
