Sofitel So Singapore

Fantastic location and well appointed. But what is has in granduer it lacks knowledge substance. For a newly renovated hotel there were too many little things that let the hotel down. Hard mattresses, showers that take too long to respond to a temperature change, shower doors that won't close, light switches that need pushing hard, night curtains that don't block light. And finally a pool right next to the bar- not relaxing or pleasant.

A true gem and the perfect base from which to explore Chinatown in Singapore. Thanks Syafiq, Hong, Sam and Jewelle for the best service, you made our stay truly special and surpassed our expectations with a smile every time. We’ll definitely be back.

I loved this hotel. Everyone was super courteous and friendly. Their concierge, Hasib spent fair amount of time planning my trip. Restaurant staff was super courteous as well. The hotel was recently renovated so rooms are clean. The hotel is located just across the street from a big food court with more than 60 restaurants to choose from. A 15- minute walk to the marina. You can always download “Grab” app, their version of uber and use it for a nominal charge. Same applies to “garden by the bay” and other main attractions. Overall I’d stay again in this hotel

The QT Singapore is in a great location directly across from the Lau Pa Sat market. Very comfortable beds and good sized rooms. The staff were always friendly and happy to help. I always enjoy staying with QT for their high quality bathroom products and amenities

Very comfortable hotel right in the middle of everything you want to see. Easy walk to the train, great food right outside your door, and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are small but you won’t be spending much time there anyway. Pillows were great.
