If you're black, be sure and notify the staff you're a guest as you may be subject to unfair treatment by Christian who will assume you're not one. He made a snap judgement based purely on my race and assumed I didn't have a reservation at the restaurant nor was I possibly a guest at the hotel as he asked me to move from my seat in the public waiting area for a couple who had reservations. Management tried to write the incident off as a "mistake", yet could offer no reason for it. As much as they tried to appease me with offers of free food and drinks, the one thing I was never offered, was as an apology. Also, never in any of my hotel stays have I called the front desk, be put on hold and then told by a recording to, "try again later", as it terminated the call. This happened at least 3 times before someone answered the phone. Their spa is off site as is their laundry service, making your stay highly inconvenient, should you require these services. After requesting house keeping, I had to wait almost an hour and half after making a 2nd request before they arrived. QT is pure window dressing. The pictures look great, but that's where their appeal ends.

very nice hotel, the rooms are not large but are enough for a short period. Unfortunately the breakfast was terrible. We had to eat outside the hotel. The advantages of the hotel are very nice and polite staff and the location, close to the marina and a fantastic gastronomic market. I recommend

I am utterly shocked by the terrible customer service I received at this hotel. The manager, who claimed to be from Sydney and was supposedly training the local staff, was incredibly rude and dismissive. Instead of providing any helpful service, they chose to treat guests with utter disrespect and arrogance. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and has made this experience extremely frustrating. It was hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered, and I will not be returning.

I m from Slovak republic, it is my first comment in Tripadvisor. This hotel is excelent and more. Yes of course food, room, position .. are perfect but in this hotel are the best people : Jewell, Anastasiia, Samantha and Hasif , nice, gentle, helpfull with kind hearts.. From Wednesday my baggade were delayed , in baggage were pills for my husband and on Suturday we were leaving on cruise .. Every day they tried to help me with my delayed baggege… many many calls to airport and they gave me all support , they did the best and more … it was flight with lucky end , my baggade came on Saturday 11:30 a.m. … hotel prolonged me check out… Thank you very much ♥️ I appreciate your help.
